I’ve been meaning to leave a review for smile design for a while now. Every hygienist I’ve had there is always very kind knowledgeable and gentle. My last hygienist was Beatrice and I asked her a few questions and she gave me really great advice and knew exactly what she was talking about. The front desk staff is also very kind and welcoming. I did not wait long at all and never had any downtime once I went back. The doctor was very prompt and thorough. Happy here after being a patient for years.

Connerton smile design dentist office will have you pay for services before they’re completed or perform services and then refuse to refund your money when they know they either didn’t want to or could not adequately complete the services. It was a living nightmare having such a Horrible experience as they told me to pay for other services (replacing my original fillings when I didn’t even ask and had no problem with them) than the regular cleaning…. When the dentist told me I will have two teeth filling replacements plus the original 11am cleaning that I made the appointment for on that same day, I agreed to it at that time, however, the dentist tricked me and started on replacing one filling and didn’t finish it, leaving mouth slightly disfigured more to one side and never came back in the room again as I was then guided to have a seat in the waiting area to wait for the 3pm cleaning appointment that they now pushed my original 11:00am cleaning appointment to, as I wait to be seen by the dentist in the meantime she said she will see me in between patients to complete the replacement fillings. Such a disaster and then they don’t want to refund my money when I refused to be rescheduled because they did not complete services, nor did they do the cleaning.

Poor Handling of Scheduling and No-Show Policy
I’m extremely disappointed with the way my recent experience was handled. I had a cleaning appointment scheduled, but due to a throat infection and flu, I was unable to speak properly and made multiple attempts to reschedule, including sending a message at 10 PM the night before. Despite this, I was still charged a $50 no-show fee, which feels unfair given the medical nature of my absence with upfront notice.
What’s worse is that during my first appointment, I was scheduled for 9:20 AM but wasn’t seen until 10:20 AM. If the practice expects patients to respect time, it should mutually respect patients' time too. Late service by over an hour with no explanation — who is responsible for that delay?
Also, it was misleading that cleaning wasn’t done during my first visit, which only included X-rays and an exam. Most dental clinics combine cleaning with the initial checkup — instead, I was scheduled for another day, which now seems like a way to split appointments unnecessarily and bill more.
The front desk communication was unprofessional
. When I explained my situation, they simply said:
"Your first appointment was for the X-rays and exam. You scheduled your cleaning for today and failed to show up/ notify the office in a timely manner of a needed cancellation..."and “You are more than welcome to call your insurance. But the insurance has nothing to do with the scheduling and our office fees.”
and went on to deflect the issue to “office policy” without showing any understanding or flexibility.
If a doctor is unwell, the office would certainly reschedule. Why is a patient not given the same consideration?
I hope this feedback is taken seriously. Your policies and staff could benefit from more empathy, flexibility, and accountability.

The dentist Nancy Sheth lacks knowledge and compassion. I had a severe infection after having a crown. I called the office 10 days after my procedure, informing them of my pain and swelling in hopes of starting antibiotics. I was told there was no availability, and they had no record of me seeing the doctor within the last month. Please go to any other office.

The new dentist Dr. Sheth is very impressive. She was very professional, caring and thorough. The dental assistant was a veteran employee and from the Spring Hill office and also impressive. The dental hygienist Beatrice and office team are, and have always been excellent. I highly recommend to anyone seeking dental assistance.
