    We go here for grooms and daycare, and dog loves going here. Like he can't wait to get out the door. Priscilla did an amazing job on his grooming, Kelsie did an amazing job on daycare exit bath! Matt Kennel tech, I trust 1000% with our dood in the play area! Rates are reasonable, and the place is very clean. Although our dog proudly gets dirty in the play yard because dogs get to play on natural grass or dirt depending on how trampled it has been! They do make sure your pet doesn't go home muddy or dirt feet, I think they hose off legs and feet. They are a great addition to our community! Jade in the play area is great, too, but she is also in the bathing and grooming area and hopes she gets to do our dog soon! I can't rave enough about this place! Helps it is 6 mins from our house too!

    We have been coming to Michelle for almost 6 years now for our grooming needs for our pup and had high hopes in boarding him here for 2.5 days. We dropped him off and I was invited to go back to the kennel area and thought this is great! I can see where he will be for the next couple of days. I noticed all the beds and metal water bowls were flipped to their side, I’m guessing to mark that they’re clean and good to go. The lady was looking for his assigned kennel and I noticed the bed and the water bowls weren’t flipped, but trusted the employee and left thinking all is well. I got a “report card” around 4pm on how he was doing. As expected a little unsure, no big deal as this is his personality. The following day I get no update on him, thought maybe they were busy. Giving them the benefit of the doubt. I called the next morning for an update and let them know I didn’t receive a “report card” the prior day and was told “well, no news is good news right?” That upset me and I asked for an update and was told I would be updated. Still nothing, we get back to town and pick him and I asked again how he did and the girl (who was very sweet) told us that he didn’t do great and I appreciated her honesty, she then told me that it didn’t help that he was next door a deaf dog who would not stop barking (not the dogs fault) and it stressed him out. That also made me upset because why wouldn’t they move him to a different kennel knowing full well how stressed out he was! Unfortunately, things got worse the next day. He woke me up coughing, reverse sneezing, honking from coughing so hard, panting and hacking showing signs of kennel cough. Took him to the vet and sure enough. My dog now has kennel cough, so I called them and asked to speak with Michelle as I thought we had a good relationship and she’s the owner. If I was the owner of any establishment and i dropped the ball for any of my clients or customers, I would want to speak with them personally. But I guess that’s not how this business is ran as I was told she was “too busy to come talk to me on the phone” I later received a half assed apology taking no responsibility whatsoever for what transpired. After being a loyal customer for almost 6 years, they have lost us as a loyal client and will not be back.

    My dog struggles with nail clippings so I brought her here because they advertise nail trim/grind. Very willing to pay for the service I can’t do on my own.. after about 10 minutes of them struggling with my 30 pound dog, she was returned to me and my payment refunded because they “couldn’t do it”. Wasted my time, gas, stressed my dog out and she still needs her nails trimmed. They didn’t offer any alternative solutions either, literally handed me the leash and said it was her fault for being reactive and then left me. I will definitely not ever be visiting this place again, I’m genuinely upset at the treatment I received and am curious how businesses like this are able to stay operational and not go bankrupt. Edit* Also, I’ve noticed the owner makes a consistent habit of quickly responding to negative feedback with defensiveness and justification for any issue a reviewer is upset about instead of apologizing and taking accountability… I wouldn’t recommend promoting this type of behavior professionally. & in response to their reply, it sounds to me like your team was incapable of properly handling my dog if she was so distressed. There were many crying and yelling dogs inside while I was waiting… I imagine it would be difficult not to feel stressed in that environment. She was perfectly fine *before* your handling.

    The staff is always cheerful and friendly, I've never had any problems here. And they do a perfect groom on our munchkin every time - she always looks SO adorable! So happy they are a short drive away. Coco looks like a gremlin when she goes in, and an adorable puppy when she leaves.

    My golden doodle Ruby has been going to Ps & Qs ever since she was a pup! They have always been super kind to her and her grooming always comes out beautifully done! They’re very efficient (I don’t feel like she’s there waiting all day) and easy to get appointments! Here’s a before and after!
