I have been going to Dr Douglas for about 15 years. He has always been very friendly and easy to talk to. He gladly spends the time needed to answer all your questions and explains everything in a manner that is easy to understand. When my wife's dentist retired several years ago, she started going to Dr Douglas and she is very happy with him also. Everyone in his office is very friendly and helpful. You can't go wrong choosing Dr Douglas as your dentist.
Great experience from the time you walk into the front door! Johnna, Charley and the entire staff make you feel welcome each visit! Cindy my hygienist is gentle and very thorough. Dr. Douglas is thorough and conservative as well as a bonus being very personable! I’m never disappointed when I leave!!
This was my first time at Douglas Dentistry. I’m not a fan of going to the dentist but from the moment I walked in the door, the staff there made me feel so comfortable & calm. They didn’t make me feel bad for waiting so long between dental treatments ! I was seen minutes after I arrived and didn’t feel I was being rushed through the process. It’s the first time I can remember actually enjoying a trip to the dentist, thanks to Rhonda, Gina & Dr. Douglas….and the ladies at the front desk (sorry I didn’t get their names). I finally found a dentist office I don’t have to fear! And one that DOESN’T try to sell treatments or procedures I don’t need!
I was referred to Dr. Douglas by a girlfriend of mine that has been seeing him for many years, and I have had no so great luck with dentists, so I decided to give him a try, and I am so glad I did! Dr. Douglas is Amazing! And all of the staff members there are Amazing too! Wow! I highly recommend anyone that has had bad experiences to come here as you will not be disappointed. My couple of visits so far have been so satisfying, and I haven't shed one tear here as before I would leave bawling my eyes out with shame with the condition of my mouth which is caused from heredity issues. They all show compassion towards you, and make you feel comfortable. Such a Blessing to finally have a really good doctor that shows he cares in my circle now. Thank you so much!!
Amazing dentist. The whole experience from scheduling, front desk, hygenist cleaning, and doctor evaluation was honest and genuine. No scare tactics to create upsales on add-on services like our last dentist. Great cleaning with no-nonsense feedback who cares about your health!
