Dr. Pielak is, without question, the best dentist I've ever had. From the moment you walk in, the warmth and professionalism are immediately apparent. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with today’s visit. Although the cleaning was fine, I waited OVER an hour to be seen by a dentist (and being told several times he’d be in in just a moment). Never happened. What did happen was being told there would be a charge to make right a loose implant crown. Mind you, I even purchased an extended warranty for this implant! This is the second time it has gotten loose and it is only 2-1/2 years old. First time they did tighten it, but, ‘come on man’, something is obviously NOT right with this implant and it hasn’t been right. Hence it gets loose. Do the proper thing, Prestige. Fix the implant and fix it right.
I don’t know what has happened at Prestige Dentistry, but it has certainly gone downhill. It has nothing to do with the staff, they are great, but the dentist has a lot to be desired. To keep patients waiting for over an hour is uncalled for. My time is as valuable as his. I’ve been a patient there for years. Currently looking for a new dentist.
From scheduling my first appointment to the amazing thorough exam I received I am very pleased with my decision to choose Prestige Dentistry in Trinity.
