This company is the best, they did resurfaced our pool.
I love that they listened to everything we had to say, answered all our questions , work with our budget in the best way they could.
Always communicate with us prior, during and after project was done.
Everything they explained to us happened exactly as planned and even better.
We're so happy with their services, our pool looks amazing.
Their work is really good, very respectful people, kept the work area clean and after project was done they cleaned and left the place like no one was working here.
We are so grateful .
Definitely recommend this family business to take care of your next project š

We had our pool remodeled on May 11, 2021 by Advanced Pool & Spa. During the first chemical startup, we we pointed out the fact that our pool surface looked blotchy and had several streaks throughout. They told us not to worry, that it takes a bit for the pool surface to cure. We were also told not to install a saltwater system until 45 - 60 days later because it could affect the pool surface (this was in their disclaimers). Fast forward, we still have these horrible streaks in our pool (see photos attached). Iāve emailed several times and have only received a response saying basically āthis is because of you installing a saltwater system too early.ā The only problem is, I have proof from Pinch a Penny that our saltwater system was installed on 7/14, which was more than 60 days after their work was performed. Sad itās come to a bad review. At first, they seemed like a great company to work with, but if you have any issues at all (or heaven forbid, you get a result like we did), expect several emails or inquiries to go unanswered. Iāve reached out no less than 5 times with no responses, now itās time to let people know who theyād be dealing with because it obviously isnāt a company that will stand by their work after getting their check. If youād like to see more detail on the correspondence for context, Iām happy to provide it.
Note: owner has responded so this is my reply - isnāt it scary that this company doesnāt recommend a dark pool surface although itās one of the most common colors used for pools these days? Weāve already contacted the national plasters council for a full write up opinion of the issue and will be posting soon! We also contacted The Stonescapes supplier and they stated: āStaining like that could have something to do with the installation of the finish, and you will have to contact the applicator to have the problem rectified.ā Itās workmanship, period. Donāt let them have you believe otherwise.

I can't say enough good things about our experience with Advanced Pool and Spa. From the quote to the install, they were true professionals. They didn't try to oversell us, they offered sound advice on how best to chose our pool surface, their installers were courteous, punctual, and their craftsmanship was top notch. We are very pleased with the new look of our pool and deck and happy that the experience with Advanced Pool went so smooth and seamless.

Keith, Scott, Janice, Lydia and the entire team at Advanced Pool and Spa recently completed a full remodel of our 23 year old pool and we are very satisfied with the result. We did a resurface with new waterline tile, coping, marble pavered deck and equipment along with a new spillover, lights and a custom designed tree planter. They were professional, timely and easy to work with during all aspects of the project (design, install, start-up, post). I feel like they are honest and dedicated to their craft and have no hesitation in my recomendation.

The pool looked great, until six months later. When i started to notice green mold/algae inside some of the glass block from the spill over spa.I'm sure the crew did not mean to intentionally crack them or put chip and grinder marks on my piece of Granite when they were using the grinder to re-grout around them, BUT THEY know they did it!! and that's OK Just own up to it. But Janice was able come up with the convenient scientific explanation, that it was caused by Thermal expansion,What a coincidence. And YES I know what thermal expansion is, the glass blocks have been fine in the Florida weather for the last 22 years,I had my spa empty for over 3 weeks about 5 years ago when i was repairing a faulty spa light,, (How convenient that it would be subject to thermal expansion now!) She said They will fix it for another $1295 So now i'm stuck with an ugly /unsightly look to show all my family and friends until i can afford to have it fixed,
and when i do have it repaired it will not be through Advance POOL and SPA
Severely disappointed
