In this time of companies promising they will provide excellent customer service, 9 out of 10 times they do not. Mike from Cooper Pools was the exception. We resurfaced and installed new tiles. He was here every step in the process and was on top of any minor delays or challenges. Plus he responded to every text or call within minutes. His patience, professionalism and follow through was a shining example of great service. You can’t find a better pull company. Call them and you will be glad you did.

I reached out to Cooper Pools regarding multiple leaks in my pool. I am extremely pleased with my decision to choose them, as their attention to detail is unparalleled. The manager, Shawn, took charge of the entire project, which included the removal of a tile wall. The repair work was executed flawlessly, and they even went the extra mile by acid washing the pool. The end result is truly remarkable, as my pool now appears brand new. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend Shawn and Cooper Pools.

I moved to Florida 2 months ago and needed my pool completely drained and acid washed. I contacted Cooper Pools and Michael was assigned to drain and clean my pool. The entire pool was drained, cleaned, and filled back up within 24 hours. Michael was very professional and did an outstanding job. On an unrelated issue, I realized I was unable to operate the lights in my pool without any remote. I again contacted Cooper Pools and anticipated ordering a new LED light with remote which would have cost me over $1,000. Technician Daniel was sent to my home and he was awesome. He was able to teach me how to operate the pool light with just the light switch, thus saving me over $1,000 for an entire new light. I also pointed out a leak in my solar panels used to heat the pool up and Daniel fixed the leak. He additionally found another leak on the equipment and fixed that as well and gave me a tutorial on how to use the system. Overall, Cooper Pools and Daniel went above and beyond my original service request to ensure everything was in working order when they left. If you are considering a pool maintenance company, I HIGHLY recommend Cooper Pools. They are honest, hard working, and truly care about their customers. We bought a neglected home with a neglected pool a little over a year ago but knew nothing about pools, of course the pool was beyond saving and required a complete make over. We had set up multiple consultations for estimates on our pool renovation, but after Mike and Drew with Cooper Pools came out we canceled the rest. The great customer service sealed the deal for us and it continued the whole process. Thanks to the outstanding job done by the crew and the hundreds of questions/concerns I had answered by Mike and Bo - we aren’t embarrassed of guests seeing our pool anymore. In fact, we LOVE having a pool again and are proud to show it to everyone.
