This is most likely the most unprofessional company I have ever been in contact with . They came out , did the rough plumbing for my new construction home , were supposed to come back the next day and fix a leak in the concrete of the garage .... never came back and didn’t answer my calls . Two weeks of calling no one ever picked up , I called from a friends number and - what do ya know - they answered ! ..The girl that answered is best known for her ability to never know where her boss is or when he will be in nor does she have access to his schedule ..they are literally too afraid to communicate with their customers that they VET their calls and don’t pick up when they see your number . I don’t think their phone even rings to an office ...Most likely to some dark empty closet . Then , we got a bill for the remainder of the work they never bothered to finish. Bold . We call at least two times a day and they don’t pick up ! Is this real life ? How are they even a real business ? Thank GOD we have a lawyer in the family . Just save yourself the headache and hire someone else. Literally anyone else . Hire a weird guy that lives down the street from you before you hire Jackson’s Plumbing . Mr Jackson ( if he is even a real person since he doesn’t pick up, return calls or show up to jobs) should be ashamed .
Jackson plumbing is an extremely knowledgeable and customer friendly company. The owner Jim, is very hands on and is always ready to answer any questions.
I am in the process of building a house, we signed a contract with them. It is approximately 3-4 days worth of work - they started the job and haven't come back!!!!! We are now being delayed and they aren't responding!!
Family owned, honest, and hard-working, reasonable priced and efficient
Does not answer phone, zero communication and zero professionalism
