What an AMAZING TEAM!!! 🤩 I had an emergency issue, a cracked molar…which led to needing a Bridge…and on every visit, I was treated with compassion, professionalism and the BEST CARE! 🥰 The prices are competitive & fair… I even ordered a night-guard made especially for me, which fits like a glove! Mai Dentristry of Land-O-Lakes, Dr. Fares, Shelia and the entire team, are truly my new Dental Family.💖

Very professional and quick. Staff was really nice, welcoming and helpful. The doctor did a really great job. Definitely going back there. Office as well was clean, neat and well organized. Highly recommended!

I just recently became a new patient here, and my experience so far has been nothing but positive. Dr. Fadi Fares has been professional, transparent and genuine with me each time I've met with him. The same can be said for their staff. All of them have been respectful and nice.

Worst dental experience !
Arrived 10 mins prior to my appointment which was supposed to be annual exam (xrays, cleaning, exam); I had already checked in online. Waited 30 minutes before being seen. Two hours later mostly just sitting and waiting in the dental chair and 3 minutes with Dr. Mai, my exam was finished with only xrays taken, no cleaning, and a $1900 estimate for lots of work that my previous dentist (for over 10 years) had never identified or recommended.
Seems like a sham !!!

Response to the Owner's response: "We sincerely apologize for the wait time and for any confusion regarding your appointment. Your time and trust are very important to us, and we strive to provide every patient with thorough, high-quality care in a timely manner. We’d love the opportunity to discuss your visit further and address any questions you may have. Please feel free to reach out to our office!” There’s no confusion on my part regarding 2 hours in the dental chair for a routine cleaning and exam. I didn’t receive a cleaning; only xrays and DDS review which resulted in a $2k estimate for lots of work which wasn’t identified in my last dental appointment 7 months ago.
My only question is: how do you explain 2 hours in your dental chair for only xrays, DDS review and a $2k estimate ???
