Love the dr at this practice. I used to be a dental assistant and I worked with a lot of doctors I wish at the time when I was a dental assistant there was openings here at his office. He is very nice he explains everything that you can understand what's going on and shows you and draws pictures for you he's very good with his patience. The new office manager I believe his name was Angel very nice and helpful it was a very busy day when I went in to have my crown fixed and my account was a little bit messed up angel took time out of his very busy day just sit down with me and show me what was going on and went line by line off of my EOB from my insurance I brought in it happened to be that overpaid so we went line by line and I got my account fixed and the correct refund.
The best dental office to get all of your dental care in one place. Dr. Petrotto and his entire team have taken excellent care of my dental needs. Everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always greets you with a smile. A special thank you to my hygienist, Mosen, whom I've known for over 15 years. He is outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, gentle, and truly the best. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for exceptional dental care.
Amber dental hygienist is exceptional! I really like Dr. Petrotta's care. The reason for the low score is the office manager/billers. We have been trying to get my husband's bill corrected from October 2025. So many delays, miscoding, misfilling. They got their $ from care credit but not in any hurry to correct their mistake. At least the office has a new office manager, only been there a month. But he hasn't contacted us after request made this week on Tuesday, August 4, 2026.
I have been going to this dentist since he opened. Today my husband who is an 80 yo disabled vet went in for his cleaning. He signed in and waited for 20 min but was never acknowledged. when he inquired he was told his appt was cancelled bc he did not confirm his text. He previously told them he did not use his phone except for emergencies and not to contact him that way. We have a land line. It seems that this office is not considerate of senior citizens. He should have at least been acknowledged when signing in.
I have been coming to this office since 2022 and to this day I am very happy and satisfied with the service and expertise of Dr. Petrotto and his great staff. I must mention that Mosen, one of the dental hygienists in the office, offers the best care in his line of duty. Mosen is knowledgeable and has a soft touch that is hard to find when receiving dental care. Highly recommend this practice!
