I had my AC Maintenance completed today by Anthony & Zack they were professional, knowledgeable, on time and quickly went through the entire system to ensure it was operating properly. They cleaned the outdoor coils and inspected the air handler & drain lines to make sure there were no blockages. I highly recommend Ordine’s to anyone in need of AC maintenance, repair or replacement they have been a pleasure to work with since the day we contracted them to install our Allied Lynx. I must also say the system is incredibly quiet compared to our old Carrier unit and we have seen a really good savings on our electric bill with this new high efficiency system.

After receiving four estimates for my split unit installation project, I called Ordine’s Air Conditioning and Heating.
Not only did they have the best price, but the technician who came to our house, was punctual, professional, and personable. Plus, he took the time to answer all of our many questions, and even pointed out - and solved - certain problems that the other companies did not.
The installation was completed in one day, plus my house was left as clean as it was when the installers walked in. I could not be happier! I HIGHLY recommend Ordine's !

We needed emergency service on a Saturday night and received excellent service. We called Ordine’s and Amy got us scheduled ASAP and got a tech out to us within an hour. Chad was very professional, he kept us updated on his work the entire time and was very transparent with the pricing. He was very thorough with the work and got it done quickly too. I was beyond impressed with the entire experience, from start to finish. Not only are they a local, family-owner business in NPR, they stand by their work and it shows! She answered all of our questions in a clear & timely manner. They completed the job in one day. The crew was professional, polite & respectful of our home. After being put through the wringer through another AC company I called Ordine’s in tears. Amy answered the phone and was very empathetic towards my situation and even offered to have the guys bring out a temp unit to keep my family cool. The very next morning she sent out Freddy (Owner) and Adam (Director of Operations) to look at my brand new AC from the other company that was failing after 2 attempts of new installs. Long story short the other company overcharged me, sold me on a subpar unit that was not working right and quite frankly would never cool my house to the level they claimed it would be. Freddy and Adam went above and beyond educating me on the right equipment I would need and even got me on their schedule for the very next day. My install went smooth with Freddy, Adam , Chad, Zach, and the rest of the crew. I am so thankful to have found this company to help my husband and I. There are so many crooked companies out there. Please save yourself the headache and choose Ordine’s. They will do it right the first time, not oversell you, and go above and beyond to make sure that you’re happy. I am thankful they were able to help me through my previous nightmare.
