I ran over a fallen tree on I-75 and stopped at three body shops looking for last-minute help, but no one was able to assist. I had my mom and my toddler in the car, and we arrived just a minute before closing. Mary and Armone (I hope I’m spelling that correctly) quickly took us in and secured the tire fender and grille so I could safely make it back to Orlando. I am incredibly grateful for their kindness. They didn’t have to help us, especially so close to closing, but they did. It meant even more because my mom had just gone through chemotherapy and wasn’t feeling well. I really wanted to get her home so she could rest comfortably. We are forever grateful for their help and compassion. 🙏 Picture is before they helped.
Ryan was extremely helpful for me he did all the paperwork with Allstate Insurance took care of me. Always giving me updates in text and telling me my truck was ready. Which was awesome since I sleep during the day since I work nights. He listens to your concerns and very knowledgeable with the collision business. They went out of their way in treating me like seeing small damages and replacing parts that I was going to replace after I got my Dodge Ram 2500 back.
