Ryan was extremely helpful for me he did all the paperwork with Allstate Insurance took care of me. Always giving me updates in text and telling me my truck was ready. Which was awesome since I sleep during the day since I work nights. He listens to your concerns and very knowledgeable with the collision business. They went out of their way in treating me like seeing small damages and replacing parts that I was going to replace after I got my Dodge Ram 2500 back. Outstanding Service at Caliber Collision – Lutz
Today I visited Caliber Collision in Lutz - after accidentally pulling too far forward in a parking space, which loosened my bumper and dislodged a couple of bolts. From the moment I walked in, I was met with exceptional service.
Mary, the service advisor, was incredibly friendly and helpful. She immediately offered to have one of their technicians take a look. Within minutes, Craig came out, took my car back, and had everything fixed in about 15 minutes.
When I went to pay, they kindly told me not to worry about it and just to keep them in mind for any future collision repair needs.
I was truly impressed by their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help without hesitation. I highly recommend Caliber Collision in Lutz for anyone in need of auto body services.

First off I wanna thank Mike the manager ! He took care of me and gave me the break down what they will do to my Honda. Took care of me like he knew me for years very professional .I also wanna thank nick , he was so professional and kept me posted about my Honda at every moment .If i call or text him he would text/call right away .They both are very professional polite and humble! The best part about caliber collusion they didn’t even have to paint my whole car , they matched the white pearl paint job , which its hard to do in my opinion but easy for them . So thank you Mike and nick and the entire staff of caliber collusion !

Caliber collision was amazing to do business with. The front of my car looks brand new. The staff was super helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. I will be using them again in the future if needed and I will recommend them to anybody that asks me where to go for work done on their car. I was very satisfied with the customer service I received and the Work that was done on my vehicle .
