I’m beyond frustrated with my experience at Crash Champion. After hitting something on the road and damaging my bumper, I decided to get it fixed there. Scheduling the initial estimate was easy, and I received a quote and work schedule promptly. However, things went downhill from there.
A week later, I reached out to ask if my car was ready, and I was told it should be ready the next day. I took a ride over to pick it up, made the payment, and drove off—only to find that as soon as it got dark, my dashboard displayed a “CHECK HEADLIGHT SYSTEM” message. Upon inspection, I discovered the passenger side headlight had been replaced—but wasn’t turning on. The only thing working on that side was the factory DRL, which was untouched. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the headlight before I brought it in for repair, so I never expected any issues with it.
I called Crash Champion the next day and explained the situation. The representative apologized and admitted that he "forgot" to do an inspection before handing my car back to me. He asked me to come in so they could check it out. I did, and after further inspection, he told me they’d need a day or two to sort it out and see if the technician still had the old headlight. A couple of days later, I was told they didn’t have the old light and would need to order a new one. Fine, I thought. But then, four business days passed with no update. I had to call THEM for a status check. I was told they’d received the new light, but the technician who worked on my car was out for the day and would take care of it first thing in the morning.
At this point, I’m not even sure I want that same technician working on it again. But whatever—I showed up the next morning as instructed, only to be told that the representative helping me was in a meeting, and I’d have to wait. I waited for 40–45 minutes, only to be told the meeting was still ongoing, and no one knew when it would end. I asked for an update, and they said they’d call me when the representative was done to reschedule. I’m sorry, but this is absolutely ridiculous.
In total, I’ve wasted hours of my time and plenty of gas making multiple trips to this shop, only to leave empty-handed each time with no resolution. It’s been over two weeks since I reported the issue, and I’m still no closer to getting it fixed. If I had known the level of service I was in for, I would have gone somewhere else. This whole experience has been nothing but headaches and delays. If you’re considering Crash Champion for repairs, think long and hard before you do. I’m certainly never coming back.

I am extremely impressed with this company, Dan & the whole team went above and beyond with their work. They got my car done and ready for pick up sooner than anticipated, which is always nice. Not to mention that it looked AMAZING - it felt like I was going home with a brand new car. The front desk staff were also very friendly. I seriously can’t thank Crash Champions enough.

Dan and his team were great! Thanks to Dan, I had a clear idea of what was going to be done to fix my car and how long it was going to take. He updated me throughout the process so I was never wondering where we were at. My car was done on time and looks as good as new (even a little better). They even cleaned the inside and outside of my car before I picked it up. Thank you Dan and the Crash Champions team for taking great care of me and my car!

From customer service to amazing turn around times and overall craftsmanship, this place has earned my family’s trust as the go to place for any of our repairs. Knowledgeable, friendly, and timely all at a great price (or working with insurance)! This is the only place I will go…
