He was incredibly nice, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain what was going on with my car and made sure I understood all the repairs before moving forward. Excellent service! Super easy and reasonable. Mechanic kept me informed and my daughter was able to do her school meetings upstairs in her apartment as her battery was changed downstairs. Perfection! We will definitely use Auto Nation Mobile mechanics again. The service was reasonable and we loved our mechanic. She was awesome!

Waited around most of the day for the tech to arrive. Originally time was 1-3. Then changed to 1-6. Showed up around 4:30pm. Oil change and tire rotation as per our warranty. Drive the car 2 blocks and ding! Got a notification that tire was flat .. come to find a razor blade shoved in the rear drivers side tire. Couldn't change the tire because the tech stripped the lug nuts. 😏
Edit: They called. Ask what they could do. Not much.And asked me to update my review. We'll, here is the update- Luckily I have Tire and Wheel warranty (which has been a nightmare dealing with) .. and 3 days after the "OIL CHANGE" this pops up (se pic) . . . Wondering if the tech even changed the oil at all. After resetting, still showing same %. Now I have to wait around another 5 hour window for a tech to come back out to check the oil. 0 stars would not recommend this bullshit.
