The most professional, knowledgeable and friendly pool company that I have ever used.
For the last nine months I have had problems with my pool and spa. The remote, the lights and the pump were not working correctly.
Bay Area Pool Techs took care of everything in a professional and friendly manner.
Highly recommended and I will certainly use them again!

I recently had my pool pump replaced by this company and they took out my waistline and never informed me now during rainy season. I went to go drain my pool and have no waistline when I called them up. They said that it wasn’t their responsibility to put one in Or inform me about it.

These guys are the real deal!!
Installed a Pool heater and chlorine generator cell in the most professional manner and in a friendly polite way.
From sales to delivery and installation the professional work and pride in workmanship they are outstanding.

They drive like absolute a holes on the road. On Jan 6 approx 430 pm on seven springs, one of their trucks was about a foot from my bumper fir me to speed up. Then cut off a bunch of cars to get nowhere. Very dangerous driving!

Used them for several years. The owner is irresponsible and unprofessional. Our landscaper accidentally broke the air valve for our spa. He immediately came back to fix it unsuccessfully. Called pool OWNER who was a useless business owner (he hides behind faith & religion). Said he could come out to look at it for $160 even though we are current customers. He couldn’t be bothered even though he knew it was our Special Needs son’s birthday on Saturday 2/11 & needed to have the bubbly spa working. We finally found a professional pool service who came by and fixed it in 30 minutes—with no charge—!! You can read our texts to the business owner Rob today. I would not recommend him. Disrespectful with an attitude issue!! What a disappointment.

We are discontinuing pool service effective immediately February 10. Your behavior on an issue we were having with our spa was pitiful. Your the owner and we were given Horrible Response or Help. BTW our pool filter was beyond Filthy dirty (we pay good $$ to have that filter cleaned on a regular basis). That is unacceptable. You hide behind faith and God but you don’t live by it. You’re fired and good riddance. Disgraceful!! Ken & Marlene.

So let’s get this straight! Your lawn guy breaks your pool pipe. I offer to come fix it then your lawn guy says he’s gonna fixes cause he knows what he is doing and doesn’t fix it right. I even then tell you over the phone how to fix it so he could correct it for you , and how it becomes my problem!! After all of this your upset because I won’t come fix it for free. Let’s face that is the real reason I am getting fired!!! Have a great day. I do not wish to work for you anyway.

No, the real problem was several things. Our filter (which supposedly is being cleaned by your company) was filthy. We saw for ourselves. No excuse for that. Then your guy who came yesterday left 2 valves in wrong position leading to our spa being completely empty this morning. Lucky my motor did not burn out. More importantly, it’s more about the attitude. We are not looking for something to be fixed for free unless we fix it ourselves. As a customer of several years we thought that you should have been more flexible on service call price. We called 2 other places & they also charged, but both told us would be prorated. So if only took 30 minutes would be 1/2 the price. This from companies that we were not even customers. You never offered that as an option. Again letting him Know about our Special Needs sons birthday on 2/11 YOU COULD CARE LESS. Not a company we want to work with!! No worries. It’s best we move on to a more professional company that offers quality & customer focused service. Those failures start from the top & the top is with you lol. Since he hides behind religion & God my response back was God Bless God Speed God Almighty God Bless America
