Bayside had done work for me before and it was satisfactory. Not great, but acceptable. I decided to give them a call to repair a leak in my roof. We agreed on a price that included Bayside providing the barrel tiles required to do the job and set a start date.
Day 1: No show. No one showed up, no phone call. Nothing.
Day 2: Two workers showed up late, worked a couple of hours, then left for a few hours. One worker returned, worked for a couple of hours, then said he'd be back tomorrow to finish the job. He had no tiles so I found tiles so that the job could be finished the next day. This is about a 3' X 3' area--a very small job.
Day 3: After several hours work, the worker said he couldn't finish the job and would be back tomorrow to finish it. The office called to collect payment saying that the worker told them that the job was complete. I took pictures and sent them to the manager to show that the job was not complete. While inspecting the work, I found that the worker had dripped tar on my patio in several locations, then walked through it, spreading the tar over a larger area. I also found that he had used the tiles that were broken when removed to perform the repair and left the new tiles that I provided on the ground. He pieced the broken tiles together and glued them into place.
Day 4 of repairing a small 3 X 3 area: The office sent the worker back, without tiles. The worker "fixed" the unfinished areas by adding more glue and painting over the shabby piece-work to make it look like a good job.
The pictures are of the "completed" roof. The cracks were later filled and painted to be less obvious. New, unbroken tiles were available, but this is the way the person sent to do the job chose to do it. It might not have mattered in some other are of the roof, but this is the edge of the roof, overlooking our patio. Highly visible to everyone on the patio and the Bayside Roofing Professionals "advertisement" that they provided for us.
Two stars rather than one because it doesn't leak, otherwise, not a satisfactory job.
UPDATE: A Bayside representative called me, and they offered to make things right. I've amended my review to 3 stars. If the job had been completed satisfactorily to begin with, they could've earned 4 or 5 stars.

I had some minor repairs that needed fixing and called Bayside Roofing. Patrick came out, evaluated everything and had his team out within a week. Very pleased with the communication and work his guys did. I will be recommending them to friends and family.

I had my roof in New Port Richey done in 2021 by Bayside Roofing Professionals and couldn't be happier. Haven't had an issue since and the roof still looks brand new even with all the weather we get. Everyone from the salesman, office staff and crew was courteous, professional and extremely helpful. They might not be the cheapest but you truly get what you pay for.

We bought a house in April 2023 and Bayside Roofing replaced the entire roof in February 2023 prior to our closing date. The previous owner stated the warranty was transferable after speaking to a representative. This week (October 2023) we noticed some ceiling water damage starting to form and I gave Bayside Roofing a call to come check it out. It has been 2 weeks with me calling almost everyday to get someone out to look at the damage. This company has poor workmanship if their roofs don’t even last a year and poor communication. When I asked about the warranty I received 3 different answers (yes it’s transferable up to 1 time, no warranty is on file, and “we will get back to you”). Just to have someone get scheduled to come out to look at it has not been unsuccessful. Was told they would come out in a day and I would get a call. No response or follow up. Avoid this company and look elsewhere for a more reputable roofing contractor.
UPDATE: ownership reached out to us and Patrick came this morning to our residents to assess the roof. He was very pleasant and was very apologetic about the miscommunication. He explained the warranty information and will schedule a crew to come out and start repairs. Review will be happily modified to 5 stars and re-written after work completion. Thank you!

Extremely Disappointed!
Two very good recommendations made my decision to use Bayside Roofing very easy.
High expectations were NOT met!
No attention to detail
No recommendations or remedies were offered
No communication between office/support staff
No adequate office staff
They did cash the final payment check very quickly though.
