We've been with Benchmark Turf Mgmt for a while and everyone that passes by our property will inquire who maintains the lawn? I can't say enough good things about Benchmark and their services. Sam is a true professional and his knowledge is evident. Our lawn is so lush and healthy. I had new sod installed and was having a bit of trouble getting it started on the right foot. I had bright green patches and a grass fungus. I contacted Sam and he was out at my house very quickly to tell me what I needed to help with the care of my new grass, as I was afraid I was going to lose it. Within the week, he was applying the first treatment and I have seen a TREMENDOUS improvement in my lawn's health over the past few months with regular applications from Sam. He even stopped by a few times between services just to see how my grass was doing and make spot treatments and adjustments. He taught me how/when to water. He takes great pride in his work in addition to being super friendly and knowledgeable. My grass is now green, lush and healthy. My neighbor saw the difference and hired him as well!
Benchmark quickly solved a lawn issue that our previous lawn care vendor had ignored for 10 months. We had a small dead patch of grass on our front lawn that appeared in the late spring of 2021, which grew and grew into an ugly, dead 5 foot patch. Nothing the previous lawn care company did fixed the issue and it only got worse. The other company said, "you'll just have to re-sod this." But Sam from Benchmark came out the same day I called him, told me what the real issue was, set up a strategy to fix it, and now 6 weeks later I have beautiful grass growing again! THANK YOU SAM! FYI, Sam was recommended to me by our landscaper who used to be a groundskeeper at a golf course, so I knew this recommendation would be a good one. BONUS: Benchmark is half the price of what I had been paying for over 10 years!
