I’m a procrastinator when it comes to calling for professional help on things that need to be taken care of. But recently a basement wastewater pump attached to my basement bathroom seems to be going off every several hours when the room is not being utilized. Before it would be once or twice a day but now the frequency was getting to me. Luckily, my HVAC guy highly recommended Blue Boxer plumbing and so I decided to give them a call. The first positive point goes to them for actually having a live person answer their phone (I expected a voice recording to request me to leave a message). I explained my situation and was highly surprised to hear someone could be out to my home within the hour (Second positive point since I expected to just make an appointment). Not only was Charles at my door on time but took the time to hear my concerns and looked at all the possibilities to my problem. Turned out to be a leaky toilet tank flapper and valve. I also asked if he had time to check on my other toilet in the main bathroom as well as unclog the bathroom sink, which he said was no problem at all. I must say I was extremely impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and down-to-earth explanation as to his procedures. All systems are now up to normal. I mentioned to Charles I would be back in touch again with other small projects that were not immediate problems since I was quite pleased. So, for someone who may be a procrastinator like me, do not hesitate. Call. Thank you!
We called these people and they charged us $157.00 for the service call and said they would be here by 4pm. When they did not show they said they would not be able to come until the next day. I called the next day at 1:30 to get an ETA and the guy that answered told me the tech was not responding. So I asked him to cancel and he said I would need to call the office for a refund. So I asked him for the office number and he gave me the same number I just called. So I questioned that and he said yes! So I asked him for the refund and he acted like it was a totally brand new conversation. SO WEIRD! Hopefully, we get a refund, but would NEVER USE THIS PLACE AS IT SEEM LIKE A SCAM!
I was pleasantly surprised - Pete was professional and thorough, he explained what needed to be done and finished the job on time. Considering that the last plumber I called left everything a mess Pete ensured that he left everything clean and tidy. He earned my business - I will be calling Blue Box whenever I need a reliable plumber!
Blue Box Plumbing was fast, friendly and informative! My plumber was Pete Semidey he was fantastic. He showed me what was going on with my bathroom. We ended up needing a new toilet. Which he had on his truck! He was great with my 2 year old who wanted to assist him. Pete let my son help open the new toilet and even allowed him to keep the box. My children are still having fun with the box and my toilet is fixed and my bathroom is clean. This has been a great experience. I will call Blue Box Plumbing MY plumbers!
