Ryan was extremely helpful for me he did all the paperwork with Allstate Insurance took care of me. Always giving me updates in text and telling me my truck was ready. Which was awesome since I sleep during the day since I work nights. He listens to your concerns and very knowledgeable with the collision business. They went out of their way in treating me like seeing small damages and replacing parts that I was going to replace after I got my Dodge Ram 2500 back. Mary and the team did an amazing job repairing body damage on my vehicle. They were fast, friendly, and communicative. They also helped me with my rental car reservation at the attached enterprise. Highly recommend.

There is nothing worse than a place of business with a process in place that makes it more convenient for them than it is for a customer. I had read a review before that criticized the way this company took in new business and the lack of motivation they had in acknowledging and trying to acquire new business. Although , I should have heeded the warning, I decided to stop by for a quote. I came in and was asked to sit down and then 3 minutes later asked to approach to provide my name and year and make of the vehicle and then asked to sit back down. Approx. 10 minutes after my arrival , I hear the front desk person send out a page over the intercom to a Mark requesting to come to the front for a quote ( 10 minutes after I arrived). We waited and it felt like we were in a Dr. Office waiting to see the doctor. 15 minutes in and nothing, I told the lady at the front that I would give it a few minutes more and she said she tried paging and calling him ( Mark) and apparently this was the ONLY person at this large facility that could provide a quote. After 20 minutes of wait, my daughter and I left. I suspect this place is probably in contract with insurance companies to be their preferred collision center , hopefully most people are aware that you do not have to use the insurances preferred collision center , which most often than not are not the dealership, and you can go where you want to have your car fixed ( i.e. a dealership). I needed work that was not going through insurance and just thought that given the outer appearance of this place it would be good and efficient. If I cant even get someone to take my business , I would hate to see how difficult it would be to deal with these guys if I had a problem. I will take my business elsewhere.

This location is great! Caliber was able to repair my vehicle in a quicker time frame than was expected and the quality of the service was excellent. It helps that there is an enterprise rent a car attached to their building.

I have a 13 year old van which needed a small adjustment to the front end. Matt and the crew fixed the front end (grill) and under carriage protector for me while I waited. To see such a response and consideration for me was most appreciated. I can highly recommend them and their attitude to customer service.
