Front desk representative was super friendly. The lady informed me of the process, drop off, approximate days it may take to fix and introduced us to the auto rep, Michael, who also had superb customer service. He informed me step by step of vehicle status. Insurance took care of the car rental and it was conveniently coordinated for me to drop off at collision center, who handled the pick up. Easy breezy process and more importantly great work.
So glad we chose to go through Caliber Collision. They were consistent throughout the entire process. No one expects to get into a car accident but, we’re thankful they made it as easy as it could be. The staff were professional and friendly and our car looked like it was never impacted.
