Christian Brothers is the best automotive place I’ve ever experienced. A week after buying a car. Noticed an issue. Was told by the dealership and other mechanics that it’s a problem with the car and I’m stuck with it. I’m already a very nervous person but Christian Brothers made me feel comfortable and took the time to listen to my concern. Scheduled an appointment. Within 20 minutes they called to tell me it was fixed and ready to go. They made my whole day, my week!! I was beyond happy and so appreciative they found and fixed the problem. Went in for my first oil change. I had no idea my car took a specific type of oil. They ordered the oil and changed it while I waited. They are so kind. Just very grateful to have found a wonderful, trustworthy, professional business to bring my car. Thank you so very much Christian Brothers Automotive!!

My first time visiting this facility. I wanted to check if I needed an alignment after a recent installation of 4 new tires. Kevin set me up right away. It turns out I didn’t require an alignment and they showed me clearly how I was within specifications. I was happy to pay a reasonable small fee for their honest diagnosis. Waiting was a pleasure and the waiting area was actually serine.
For those who are sensitive to such things I would say that Christian Brothers is an appropriate name for the Spirit is lively there.
I will happily recommend and certainly return when needed.

Absolutely 10/10 service. The team explained everything clearly, gave me upfront pricing, and there were no surprise charges. I really appreciate their honesty, empathy, and knowledge. Christian Brothers Automotive has definitely earned my trust and I won’t take my car anywhere else. We just moved to Land O'Lakes from San Diego and I needed to find a good auto mechanic for my 2011 Mercedes E350. I didn't have to look too long before finding Christian Brothers Auto on Livingston Rd. When I dropped by when my car was showing the check engine light, Joe Morrow, the GM, quickly diagnosed the issue and explained it clearly to me Joe was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I brought in the car the next morning, they even shuttle me back home since the repair was projected to take a full day and a half. Joe replaced my intake manifold a d gaskets. Test drove it for 25 miles to make sure it was completely repaired. Then when it was ready they came to pick me up. The repair was quick, thorough and fairly priced. There was a 3 yr warranty on parts as well. I will be bringing all my vehicles to Christian Brothers Auto because of their integrity and commitment to quality customer service!

I took my car in to have my A/C checked. They took me right away, although they had a lot of cars there. Had a shuttle to bring me home. Kept in contact with me via text to update on the damages. Also sent something so I could approve or not. It was a big job so I called my dealership and they assured me that Christian Brothers is a very reputable company and the price was fair. I received a phone call to tell me that the part was ordered and car would be ready ASAP. They expained everything in detail. Also took pictures of under the car as they were doing their complimentary inspection. When it was ready, they promptly picked me up. The car was spotless and my A/C is now ice cold. I really appreciate their kindness and friendliness. I even got a rose before I left.
