From the moment I entered the office I felt welcomed. The dental assistant was extremely caring and understanding of my anxiety at the dentist office. She really made me feel comfortable. The Dr was very thorough with his exam and explained the entire procedure. He was very understanding of my anxiety and caring through the entire procedure. I would very strongly recommend this office for your dental needs.

I highly recommend this office. The Dr. Hassan is incredibly honest and only recommends treatments that are actually necessary, which is a breath of fresh air compared to other places. Mahmoud, the hygienist, is extremely professional, gentle, and very knowledgeable. He takes his time, explains everything clearly, and truly cares about patient comfort. The care I received was top-notch.

Amazing dental staff! They will take care of you to the fullest. Always friendly and nice whenever I get my cleanings. Big shout out to Mahmood! Super cool and great hygienist.

1st time in the dentist chair in years, very nervous but knew I needed a deep cleaning badly. Made this appt as they are in network with my insurance and a new client at this practice.
Bety & Gary were amazing and was swift to get me for my x-rays. Once complete, I met with Dr. Jay- he went over my x-rays with me very thoroughly and answered all my questions. His relaxed and professional demeanor made this visit less stressful than my mind had envisioned it going. He explained his recommendations for my teeth and provided a layout of a plan and costs that were associated with moving forward. Before he could preform his plan I would need to have a deep clean then schedule a different time and date which is understandable.
After our discussion the Hygienist Mahmoud also met with me and covered all of his recommendations on what would need to be done that included a deep clean, after care and even a follow up appt to make sure my teeth were the best they can be. I chose to perform the entire deep clean in 1 visit rather than 2 separate appts.
We move to a different room to perform the deep clean....I...am...nervous....and stated this to him.
Mahmoud was committed to making sure I was as comfortable as possible, spoke to me during the cleaning and made sure it was as less painful as possible. Well- he did a damn great job as I normally don't do well and don't take mouth pain easily. A few hours flew by and went over sections of my mouth numerous times to ensure I would be happy with the cleaning. Believe me folks , I needed a cleaning bad!! He did a great job!! Afterwards, he went over flossing techniques with me on top of steps with using a water floss, regular floss, electric toothbrush and oral rinse.
After all said and done, we walked back to the front desk where we scheduled Dr. Jay's appt as well as a follow up with him 3 months out to make sure I was staying on track with my teeth, this I appreciate.
Thank you to entire staff here as everyone involved was great from start to finish...highly recommend!!

The office staff at the Lutz office is very friendly. I actually live in Hudson and hate the one in Hudson because the lady who was at the front desk is very rude. So I came all the way out here to get a front tooth fixed cuz it was chipped something that they had fixed last year and it chipped again. It fell out and they charged me again for it to get fixed today after I went home and overnight started feeling like when I was biting down I still felt that it had to be filed more. I called today to see if they can file it really quick for me and they told me not for 5 days they couldn't get me an appointment in right away. Their customer service really sucks. I will be switching dentists
