Admittedly- cost, raising a family, fear of going, and just not thinking it was a priority… it all kept me from getting my teeth cleaned. Ever! I have severe crowding and am 49. I finally decided to get in because of gum pain and bad breath no matter how often I brushed and used mouthwash. I was incredibly nervous but when I walked in Gary greeted me and was so kind. He shared his own experience with me and made me feel less ashamed and scared. Mahmoud did a thorough run through of what to expect and we had decided to do the whole mouth in one sitting. He was calm, had a good sense of humor, and was reassuring that this was the first step and would be worth it. I’m one week out and the gum pain is gone! Such a huge difference. Thank you so much, guys. I highly recommend this office. My next appointment is for an extraction with Dr. Hasan. He was great at my initial visit and I will update my experience after.
I haven't been regularly to the dentist because life got too busy, but luckily one of my crowns came off, and it forced me to seek out an appointment. I decided to go to Coast Dental Willow Bend, and that has to be the best decision I’ve made. Everyone there starting from the front desk Lashonda, are so nice and caring, making me feel at ease and comfortable. I was able to get a quick appointment to keep me out of pain, and Lashonda worked great with my Insurance company. I especially have to praise Dr. Mahmoud, for his patience, professionalism, gentleness, and thoroughness, into giving me the best treatment possible. He explained the whole treatment plan and every step of the appointment, making me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend Coast Dental Willow Bend. Lisa
Me and my son both had great experience with this dental office. We had an appointment several days ago and I couldn't find time to write this review but it was on my necessary to do list because when you got such service you have to express your gratitude. Everyone from front office Gary, hygienist Mahmoud, dental assistant-Demi, and doctor Hasan was awesome, very friendly and professional people! So I recommend this dental office to everyone who needs. Thank you again😊
When I walked in the door I was greeted by Roshunda, the manager. She called me out by name and stated she would be right with me before I even had a chance to say hello. That felt very welcoming. Even more, she did the same for other customers who walked in the door. Roshunda diligently assisted me with me requests and needs, all while multi-tasking to run the office, assist other employees, and attend to other customers/patients. All this time, i never felt neglected or forgotten about. Roshunda, provided me with everything I needed and reviewed documentation to ensure I had a good understanding of them. Roshunda is truly a bright spot in the office. Her professionalism and service shined. Thank you for a great experience, as I truly needed it.
Dr. Hasan, Betty, & LaShonda are amazing. Upon entry I was greeted with a warm welcome followed by exceptional clinical service. This is my second referral to them and I have another referral scheduled. Keep up the great work guys.
