After a 3-month saga due to parts availability from the manufacturer, I am so happy to be able to have my vehicle back and write this review. Heather, Jay and Justin were amazing to work with. Ideally I'll never have to see them again, but If I do, I know they'll take great care of me. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Crash Champions! Heather was AMAZING!! She kept me updated with text messages throughout the repair process & was incredibly patient with all of my questions. When it was time to pick up my vehicle, the team was very accommodating and explained all the steps they took to fix my vehicle. The manager also stepped in & helped resolve all my concerns regarding my rental status, which I really appreciated. On top of that, they’re BMW certified, so I felt confident my car was in the right hands. Highly recommend!

I'm very unhappy with my experience. Part of the problem is dealing with Tesla, which I acknowledge makes things tricky for the collision center. When I first brought the car to the collision center, they tried to mislead me by pushing me to sign off on a claim that placed responsibility on my policy rather than the person who hit me. This theme of looking out for themselves has been a constant throughout this entire experience. I was told I needed to pay for a low-voltage battery on a brand-new car. When I questioned the service center, the service desk representative claimed a rear-end collision couldn't affect the battery. I disagree-if the collision was severe enough to cause seven thousand five hundred dollars in damage for a minor fender bender, the tremendous G-forces could have sent a shock through the car, potentially damaging the battery. The representative knows any battery failure is captured in the Tesla diagnostic history! show me. Back to the main point: under duress, I accepted the battery because they claimed they couldn't move the car without it. When I asked them to add it to the insurance bill, the service desk representative said it would delay things by a couple of days. My car has been at the shop for weeks over a minor collision that, oh sure, couldn't have touched the in-DE-STRUC-tible battery. I feel like I'm getting the runaround. They claim they've received three batteries in a row, all arriving with too little charge to work. I feel like the representative I've been dealing with is manipulative and will say anything that comes to mind, ensuring the company gets paid without really fighting for me as a customer. You have to be aware that the service center is in a strategic relationship with the insurance company, so I question-just my opinion-if their motivation is to please the insurance company or to please me. No apologies, no clear information, no Hey, I'm gonna fight for you here. As it stands right now, it's not looking good, but I understand that the business owner has challenges they face. If they're willing to change their tune and get their act together, I'm open to revising this review. It's been a terrible experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone. As a Tesla-certified center, they should have the equipment and expertise to handle these issues. I'm very disappointed and would recommend going to an actual Tesla service center if you want your car fixed properly. PS I forgot to mention that they’re very aggressive about the new part used part issue. This is a brand new lease vehicle. They insisted that the insurance company would only pay for used parts to this day. I still don’t know whether used parts or new parts were used in the car. But by God you’re gonna pay the difference they’re very aggressive in getting the customer to pay out-of-pocket and turn The latest update they’re telling me to have the car towed away

This franchised collision repair shop is great. They did a first rate job repairing my 2019 F-150, completing the job several days before the estimated time of completion. They took care of all the insurance company's concerns, leaving me to satisfy the deductible. I hope to never need their services again. However, accidents happen and I'll be sure to work with this team.

I took my Ram 1500 to Crash Champions today to get an estimate. Crash Champions took the time to explain how whom ever repaired my roof the first time didn't do it correctly. The guy told me to take it back to the first shop and make them repair it under my warranty. I explained that I had already taken back to the original shop and they never said a word about it being covered. Crash Champions explained briefly what to say to the other shop. Because of the information provided to me by Crash Champions the original shop is now repairing my truck under the warranty with no argument. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HONESTY CRASH CHAMPIONS!!!!
