Wonderful shop all around. Everyone is very friendly, understanding, communicative, and explain everything clearly. They made the whole process of having my car repaired very easy! My brand-new car was unfortunately damaged from someone crashing into me, but NOW it’s back to being in perfect condition, just like the day I had bought it from the dealership! Not only did they fix my car, but they cleaned it both on the inside and on the outside, too! I definitely recommend coming here for your car repair needs! (:
Crash Champions are true to their name, they are champions in every way! From the moment Heather greeted us to the detailed review of our damages by Michael Polito, every step of the process was handled with professionalism, care, and excellence. When we finally drove our Tesla out of the parking lot, it looked absolutely perfect, like new!! The service was superb. We received constant updates throughout the repair process, and every question we had was answered promptly and thoroughly. Thank you for not only repairing our vehicle but also for sowing the seed of genuine care and customer service. It truly made all the difference. Highly recommended!!
This is THE "Go To" place if your car is involved in a crash. Once our agent gave approval, chose not to go to Tesla Collision (a long story). We instead chose Crash Champions. Everything was seamless from the Insurance Agent to the Staff at Crash Champions. Jarid was my point of contact at Crash Champion the entire time. He is professional, competent and kept me updated at every stage of repair. The repair itself was done quickly (ahead of what I anticipated) and perfectly. The front staff at the desk including Joyce are all enthusiastic and polite. When you look at the old days of taking your car in for repair after an accident to the superb process at Crash Champions its like night and day. I highly recommend them.
While dealing with insurance was a nightmare, Crash Champions was easy to work with did an excellent job repairing my quarter panel and back bumper on my Nissan LEAF. Paint match is perfect and finish is very close to original. I'm definitely glad I chose this shop for my repairs and would definitely do business with them in the future if necessary.
*LONG POST* My car was hit on the New Year in 2025. The left side of my car was damaged. My car was initially taken to the Zephyrhills location but was moved to the Land O Lakes locations because they were “better equipped” to repair my BMW. After repair, my car was sent back to Zephyrhills for pickup. Myself and the staff at the Zephyrhills location inspected the vehicle and agreed the repair job was poor quality. There were imprints left in the paint, parts not put back together correctly, faded paint spots, and damages that were not there previously. This became a back and forth issue of having to send my car back due to the poor repair job more than 5 times. My car bounced back and forth for repairs between the 2 locations in Land O Lakes. Might I add there are still letter imprints on the fender but whatever. It took about 2-3 months to get my car back. After getting my car back, I took it through a touchless car wash and noticed my left driver window and rear window/door were leaking (nothing was leaking prior to repair). They told me to bring it so they could inspect it. They did the inspection. Said it was leaking. They made an appointment for me to bring it back to repair. Supposedly they repaired it. Took it through the car wash and noticed the driver side window was STILL leaking. Now this became another back and forth game of having to take my car for inspection over and over (more than 4-5 times) and them telling me yeah it’s leaking and they’re going to order the seals for my door/window. I would call to see if parts came in after a month or so going by and not hearing back. It was either they never ordered the parts, or this crew moved locations, and/or bring it back in to inspect AGAIN! A bunch of excuses and poor service. This became ongoing for months. Then again bouncing from the two locations in Land O Lakes. Then them telling me they didn’t see a leak. I spoke to Mike Smith and Mike Manor who I think are managers but one is general manager. Basically reassured me they would get my window fixed. I think Mike Smith is who I’ve been in most contact with. I was told to bring the car back in and they would try to adjust the seals. I asked if they can just order the parts so we can ensure it’s fixed properly. He stated he didn’t recommend it because it could take 6 weeks or so for it to come in and they wanted to go ahead and try to get it taken care of before it caused more damage after I stated water was damaging my speaker. Took my car back and they claimed it was adjusted but of course it was still leaking. Took the car back again this time with a video showing the leak because they were claiming they didn’t see a leak previously so I didn’t understand how they were fixing something they claimed they didn’t see. After seeing the video, all of a sudden they stated the rubber seals are dry and (coincidentally) my passenger side window was leaking IN THE SAME SPOT as the driver window I showed them in the video. No other windows were leaking previously. I made sure. This was a tactic to avoid fixing the issue. Instead of saying they dont know what’s wrong with the window they tried to create another issue to make it look like normal wear and tear. I did contact corporate numerous times and I believe they have been escalating it to the general manager Mike. Mike had the receptionist reach out stating they were ordering the parts for the SIDE MIRROR seal/rubber or something and would let me know when they were in. Weeks went by. I called again. The parts were in and supposedly they had tried contacting me. That was another issue by the way. They had a random number on file for me that was NEVER my number. I had them correct this EVERYTIME I spoke with someone!?! Took my car back about a week or 2 ago and of course the window is still leaking. Reached out to corporate. They escalated it to the general manager and of course I haven’t heard back in a week. I guess next is to escalate it higher. My accident was over a year ago and I’m still having to go back forth with this company!
