Dr. Nguyen is amazing!!! I just had my 6th crown done. The procedures have been completely painless and the crowns look great. She is a perfectionist and will make sure that all her work is done to the highest quality. She is very skilled and superb at her job. Her staff is great and always very friendly. I would most highly recommend Creating Smiles. You will get the best dental care without pain.

ALWAYS get a second opinion if you’ve been to this place!!! My young adult child went here to get an estimate for removing wisdom teeth. They quoted her almost 1k even with dental insurance, and then lied to her telling here there was a fifth wisdom tooth growing in sideways, which was completely fabricated!! They told her it would be extremely difficult removing them and that why the price was so high. She went to another dentist for a second opinion bc I knew they weren’t being honest with her. The second dentist office confirmed there was no such thing as a fifth tooth, and gave her a quote u der 500$ to get them all removed!! This office should be ashamed of the way they’ve tried to scam and overcharge people. Literally had a receptionist tell my child about the 5th tooth. As if she was even qualified. She’s probably the same ignorant person responding to these reviews. This business should definitely be shut down for good!! I will be reporting yall to the Better Business Bureau. Also, they refused to her a breakdown of the charges! Pathetic

If I could give it 0 I would. Worst dental visit in my entire life. From the first steps in there I knew I was in a pickle bc the rudeness was palpable. Then I get the pleasure of being told I need 3k worth of work done and my insurance wouldn’t cover it. I left the office with massive tooth aches and no (I mean NO) cleaning at all… Much to my chagrin seeing as that’s the soul purpose of my attendance. I would stay as far away from this practice as possible. Creating fraud is a much more apt description for this place. Attend at your very own risk

This dental office is decent BUT the front desk is beyond rude, brash and completely disrespectful. The front desk barely lets you get a word out before interrupting, you would think you’d receive proper customer service especially when you’re spending thousands of dollars on dental procedures, plan on searching for a new dentist. I would never refer this place.

I wish I could give Dr. Nguyen's office more than 5 stars. This is hands down the best dental office I have ever been to. I have been seeing Dr. Nguyen I believe since the office opened. They are family to me. I have brought my fiancé to see them and he loves them (he hates going to the dentist). They have treated my daughter and my stepdaughter who both just raved about the care and how nice everyone is. I can not say enough great things about Creating Smiles. They truly care about their patients and making the dental visit comfortable and stress less. I get so many compliments on my smile. All thanks to Dr. Nguyen and her incredible staff. Thank you for all you do.
