My first visit to Creating Smiles was interesting. I came as a new patient, no problems, just a cleaning and to establish a, new to me dentist. I've not been to a new dentist in decades, AND I have always gone 2 times a year. Typicallly it's a cleaning then after the DR comes in and suggests a plan. Let's just say hygienist comes in first, measures my gums, that's all. Then I meet Dr Nguyen, she suggested a deep clean. The front office staff is immediately there to have me sign off on a over $250 procedure plus the cost of numbing medicine. All I wanted was a cleaning, I have NOT ever had gum problems. They refused to give me a regular cleaning!?!?!?! My husband had an appointment after me, I cancelled it. Needless to say I do not recommend this office at all and I will not return.
Had best dental work . Dr. Nguyen is amazing, honest , talented. Never felt any pain when I got numb. She has the best technique I have had in my life . I wouldn’t trusted anyone else with my teeth. The staff is so good and welcoming.
Dr. Nguyen is amazing!!! I just had my 6th crown done. The procedures have been completely painless and the crowns look great. She is a perfectionist and will make sure that all her work is done to the highest quality. She is very skilled and superb at her job. Her staff is great and always very friendly. I would most highly recommend Creating Smiles. You will get the best dental care without pain.
I hadn't been to the dentist for about 12 years! I had developed gum disease along with bone loss due to not having my teeth cleaned as well as not flossing! I started seeing a dentist in 2012 where I received a deep cleaning that was necessary but I still wasn't flossing and my gums were getting worse and the dentist seemed as if he didn't care and just kept taking my money! I then went to another dentist and was still not flossing and he said I needed a deep cleaning and mentioned laser surgery due to inflammation and pocketing! I wanted another opinion so I went to Creating Smiles to see Dr. Nguyen which when I arrived I received a very warm welcome! Dr. Nguyen said I needed a deep cleaning which was necessary due to persistent gum disease and not flossing! Dr. Nguyen also recommended a mouthwash due to inflammation and pocketing instead of recommending surgery! Not only was the mouthwash a less expensive option, it worked! So thanks to Dr. Nguyen my gums are healthy and I'm flossing! I also have to say that Dr. Nguyen is a very gentle and compassionate person! I would also like to point out the fact that the staff are very respectful! I now love going to the dentist!
I have not gone to the dentist for many years and was scared to, but I hated how my smile looked and my teeth hurt. Dr.Nguyen was very knowledgeable and gentle. She helped me get my mouth back to where I could eat cold foods without pain. I am working to save now on getting my smile to be pretty, but I am so grateful to have found a place I can go to where I feel comfortable and everyone is really nice. I highly recommend for any dental chickens to go here!
