Great experience for my 3 yo boy and 22 mo old girl. No tears, all giggles and patience from the whole staff. Front desk very polite and accommodating. Gina our dental assistant explained everything and got down on my toddlers level to make sure they had a good experience. Dr. Denisse was very thorough and explained my concerns before even having to mention them about my daughter’s lip tie. Check out and rescheduling was quick and easy. Kids had fun playing in their waiting room. 10/10 experience. Thank you!
We came to this clinic feeling completely desperate and anxious, as our daughter needed both tooth extractions and dental treatment. We couldn’t have imagined a better experience. The care, patience, and genuinely warm attitude toward our child were absolutely amazing. The entire team turned a very stressful situation into a calm and positive one. Our daughter left relaxed and smiling — which means everything to us. We are incredibly grateful that we found this clinic and recommend it from the bottom of our hearts. We LOVE Dental Studio4Kids! My kids enjoy coming to the dentist and ask when they can go back! They truly care about the patients and work so well with kids!
I wouldn’t recommend Dental Studio 4 Kids. At first glance, it seems like a great place, but that impression quickly fades once you’re actually a patient. The office feels overcrowded and rushed like they’re moving kids through as fast as possible rather than giving them proper care and attention like being herded like cattle. Look at all their Facebook reviews that’s a lot of people. If your child is even a little anxious, this is not the place to go. My kids were nervous the entire time, and the environment did nothing to help it just made things worse. What really pushed this into negative territory was the billing issue. We were charged about $90 for something that was never clearly explained or approved beforehand. When I called to question it, the staff member was rude and overly aggressive instead of trying to resolve the situation. Because I refused to pay a charge I didn’t agree to, they blocked our account and refused to see us again. At that point, it wasn’t even about the money it was about principle and basic customer respect. Communication was also frustrating at times. There’s a strong Spanish influence there for Doctors to nurses their accents made it hard for me to understand sometimes. Overall, the office is too busy, too impersonal, and not a good fit for kids who need a calm, reassuring experience. Check out Milestone dentistry right down the road that’s where we went.
ABSOLUTE BEST DENTIST FOR KIDS! they do a phenomenal job with kids. The experience from the moment they pick up the call to when you leave the office is 5 stars across the board. All the staff is super friendly and kind. And the dental hygienist are wonderful and so patient. The Dental doctor is TOP KNOTCH!! Couldn’t ask for someone whose more sweet and care about her patients so deeply. The offer emergency visits. The office is always super clean and looking wonderful. I would highly highly suggest this office for anyone looking to have your little one(s) dental needs taken care of.
