This was my first time at Douglas Dentistry. I’m not a fan of going to the dentist but from the moment I walked in the door, the staff there made me feel so comfortable & calm. They didn’t make me feel bad for waiting so long between dental treatments ! I was seen minutes after I arrived and didn’t feel I was being rushed through the process. It’s the first time I can remember actually enjoying a trip to the dentist, thanks to Rhonda, Gina & Dr. Douglas….and the ladies at the front desk (sorry I didn’t get their names). I finally found a dentist office I don’t have to fear! And one that DOESN’T try to sell treatments or procedures I don’t need!
I went to this office based on a referral from one of my co workers. She was definitely right! What an amazing office! The staff were so friendly and so helpful. Dr Douglas was one of the first dentist I have ever been to who was completely honest with what I needed. Thank you again Dr Douglas and to all of the staff there.
Amazing dentist. The whole experience from scheduling, front desk, hygenist cleaning, and doctor evaluation was honest and genuine. No scare tactics to create upsales on add-on services like our last dentist. Great cleaning with no-nonsense feedback who cares about your health!
I have been to many dentists over the years, and I have to say this office is the best hands down. I have been going to this office since Dr. Wolfenden was there. Dr. V. And Dr. Douglas are very knowledgeable and caring. They have taken care of my family and I over the years, and we could not be happier. The hygienists are personable and really help you to get on the right path for better gum and teeth health, and the dental assistants are fantastic as well. The office staff is second to none. They always greet us by name when we get there, and somehow make us feel glad we're at the dentist.
I highly recommend this place. The office is clean and it is field with kind and friendly staff. I was impressed with my dental hygienist, i think her name is Donna. She was very gentle. I did not have any discomfort or pain during the dental cleaning. Also, Dr Douglas seemed respectful, kind and humble. I definitely recommend this place to anyone!
