I have used John twice in the last year to inspect new construction homes I was purchasing. He is the best inspector I have ever used and I would never buy a new or existing home now without his inspection. Not only does he find all kinds of things I missed he has the best inspection report I have seen and provides a separate report for the builder that is a condensed list of needed repairs with photos.
