Could not recommend Florida's Best Inspections enough. The format and layout of this inspection report is straightforward easy to understand. It is by far the best format I have seen and is what made me go with this company.
Within the report, John was very detailed and included a lot of picture documentation. He did a thorough job inspecting - he identified the expected items, and even caught a few things we would not think to look at. He was very professional and personable in his interactions, and was willing to explain his report, including what the critical items were and what we should focus on after move in. He was extremely flexible and sensitive to the timing of the home closing process during both his initial inspection and a follow-up inspection that was required.
Overall I was very happy to work with FBI and I will absolutely call them first for any inspection work required in the future.

John Grattan is proof that customer service still exists. We had a small window of time to get the inspection completed, and he modified his schedule to work with us. His pricing was fair, and John was extremely professional and knowledgeable in his field. I highly recommend his service and would definitely use John again.
