I went to GPS Pools in Land O Lakes, to get options for a Salt Generator. Cat- spent a lot of time with me helping me decide. She was very thorough and patient, as some of the technical information was new to me. Her professionalism and knowledge are top rate. She scheduled a service appointment - with Jeremy, who did an excellent job. His attention to detail is exceptional. He also was patient and thorough in explaining to me the new system. I highly recommend GPS Pools.

Top notch customer service. Came out and diagnosed the issue and made recommendations to fix and prevent further damage to other parts. Jeremy kept me up to date on the process and saved me a lot of money. This is the place for all your pool needs and trustworthy people to deliver! GPS Pools resurfaced our 20 year old pool and did an excellent job. They started and completed the job on schedule and at a reasonable price. My wife and I went with GPS because they have a good reputation and Jeremy and Glen are hands on and oversee the work. Highly recommend them, they are very honest in an industry that is rife with fraud.

I've been using GPS Pools for 2 years now, and I couldn't be happier! GPS as a company is great, but for me, it's all about the Technicians they hire, they are the face of the company. My tech, Mark, is an outstanding guy! He looks after every aspect of my pool, and I feel he takes care of it as though it were his own. He's always friendly and polite, plus he takes time to explain any issues that come up and how he's going to resolve them. Thank You, GPS, and pass along kudos to Mark!!
