I had tried some of the large national companies but never felt I received the attention the I get from Tropicare. Our technician, Shaun, is always willing to answer my questions and take care of my concerns. His recommendations are always on target. Shaun is always very friendly, personable, and willing to take the time necessary to speak with us. I constantly receive compliments about how nice my lawn looks. We love the regularity and timeliness of being on a set schedule. It's nice to do business with a local company that is in tune with the local conditions.

Excellent company to do business with. We left for a bit for a business offering a "deal" and we ended up back with Tropicare. Their service is superior and their people are top notch. Shaun takes care of our lawn and is a WEALTH of knowledge. He takes time to explain things to us and coach us on how to take care of our lawn. He's friendly and looks out for his customers and their property's well being. Toby takes care of our home pest control and is equally as knowledgeable in his specialty. He, too, takes time to chat with customers and educate you on ways to avoid pests in the home. Neither make it seem like they are in a rush to get to the next house.
Back in the office, Bobbi is so friendly every time I call to schedule my payments or ask a question. I highly recommend you try this business!
