I've tried calling several times and left messages. No one answers the phone and no one calls back so I'm just going to leave this here. This morning on my way to work one of your trucks pulling a trailer ran me off the road on Bruce B Downs. This guy literally ran me up onto the curb, resulting in damage to my rim. I honked at him so he would get back into his lane, and he had the nerve to honk back at me as if I was in the wrong. After reading reviews, I can see that this company does poor quality work and fails to show up when scheduled. Seems to me this company is hiring people from the bottom of the barrel.
The decline in the quality of services provided by this company in Belle Chase is nothing short of appalling. The once-decent mulch beds are now overrun with weeds, and the overall maintenance is embarrassingly subpar. Instead of taking the time to properly address unwanted growth from oak tree spurts, the company allows them to grow unchecked, even going so far as to shape the spurts into a bush—something I've never seen before! Do they think they’re pruning bushes instead of removing tree shoots? It's beyond unprofessional. While they throw down mulch here and there, they consistently neglect several areas—most notably along the county line strip, where the mulch coverage is sporadic at best and often entirely ignored. It's clear they can't be bothered to finish the job properly. To make matters worse, there have been multiple incidents of damage to residents’ property. The company’s equipment has driven recklessly over lawns, resulting in broken sprinklers. This is absolutely unacceptable. Not only is it damaging personal property, but it also reveals a shocking lack of professionalism and care. It’s painfully obvious that this company has the potential to improve community aesthetics—if they actually put in the effort. Instead, they do the bare minimum during rare, infrequent visits and seem to be more interested in socializing than in doing the job they were hired for. Their lack of focus and accountability is incredibly frustrating, and they need to seriously reconsider their approach.
Definitely by far the best landscaping company I’ve ever used. Extremely professional always on time with amazing pricing. Highly recommended for their quality and will continue to use them because they got my property looking like the best it has ever been!!!
Unfortunately, LMP has my community lawn care account. All summer, they barely come so the whole community has long grass. Palm trees are always overgrown scratching our cars. I had to reach out multiple times to get bushes trimmed just so I can walk into my house recovering from a surgery with children.
Amazing company!!! One of the best company’s I’ve every had the pleasure of dealing with. I highly recommend them, they have great values and people that work for them. Everyone seems to be very positive and like a family.
