Went there to have a partial denture adjusted. The technician, Kristin, listened to my complaint and then assured me that she would have it fixed in short order. She did exactly that. She was quick, efficient and very friendly. The entire staff at the Land O Lakes ought to be complimented. They are friendly and very accommodating. In short, big thumbs up.

I still love this place. They make me feel so comfortable. I haven’t seen doctor Mai in couple years but today I got his wonderful staff and boy they made my husband and I feel comfortable. Highly recommend you go here!

You better select other places, they don't respect your time at all, you might come for your dentist appointment and there are no dentists in the office that day and guess what no one would call you in advance to reschedule or at least notify you.

My appointment was for 10AM and at 1045AM I was still waiting to be seen by DR. Mai. Upon making my inquiry as to when I would be seen I was advised that the policy is to book 3 patients at the same time for appointments with Dr. Mai and I was going to be seen soon. Dr Mai approached me and added that he does this because it is expensive to run his office. Dr. Mai stated that if I don’t like his policy of triple booking and having patients wait, I should go elsewhere. He offered no apology for any inconvenience or showed no concern of how his office policy wasted my time. On that note, I have switched to a professional dentist that books appointments in a more patient caring manner. I understand emergencies occur and I would wait for a patient to receive care. Triple booking is unacceptable as I also have important things to take care of.

Curious how this office can always see you right away for crowns but it takes several months to get an appointment for a simple cleaning. I guess appointments are based on who will be spending the most money. Also, on two separate occasions, they called me to change my appointment date and when I showed up for the appointment, they did not have me on the books. Haphazard operation at best. Switching to another dentist that focuses more on patients than who needs the highest price work.
