This office is wonderful from when I first spoke with Carissa at the front desk. I appreciate when people are understanding of the 50 questions I have after having a horrible experience at our previous dentist. Carissa was so understanding and knowledgeable our first visit couldn’t be scheduled any sooner than October she put us on the cancellation list and got us in a few days later. Jocelyn took us back and was so sweet and so nice made us feel so comfortable for our first visit here. Once in the back and meeting Dr. Jenny and her assistant Rhonda the way that they explained everything in a way for a child, was amazing so he didn’t get nervous or feel anxious about anything. My son is actually super excited to get his treatment started and they even took intraoral photos so me and my son could see what exactly she was talking about. Even when talking about the treatment plan with Ana and fees for setting up the first appointment to start treatment. she was patient and understanding of all my questions! This office is truly amazing I love how truthful, genuine and transparent they are. I would say 10 out of 10 for us. If you are looking for a new dentist I highly recommend this dental practice!
As always they are the best! We hadn’t been in a couple years and I’m so thankful to get to come back! Short wait time, clean and updated office, and they were FANTASTIC with my son - very kid friendly (tv in the room). All the staff are friendly and happy (that is rare these days!) and they even had a blanket in the room in case the patient or parent is cold ❤️.
My four year old went here for a surgical extraction and Dr.Jenny was phenomenal! The procedure was quick and she was very thorough throughout the entire procedure. The staff is wonderful, everyone is so sweet and kid friendly. Definitely would recommend and will absolutely be coming back!!
Best dentist office I've ever been to. My whole family comes here now. Ronda is fantastic, her sarcastic wit rivals my own and I leave everytime laughing. First dentist I've ever been to and left laughing regularly.
It’s always a pleasant experience going to Milestones. Dr Makaryus explained my procedure and it was virtually painless! Ronda was friendly and kept me occupied during my procedure-keeping my mind off my angst. This practice treats their patients like family. This is why I know Milestones is the best choice for me and my family.
