Great experience at Monticciolo Dentistry today! They were unexpectedly short-staffed but still managed to accommodate my check-up, x-rays and cleaning with very helpful staff and creative scheduling solutions. Hygienist, Diane, figured it all out and I still made it into work on time! Morning sunlight illuminated their smile logo on the carpet as I waited. A joyful omen of a successful visit yet to come! Great job, everyone!
Dr B, was very gentle and concerned with my well being while extricating upper teeth for dentures, Haley and Annie and dental assistance have also been caring and all of them treated me like family not just a customer. I have never been taken of with such care from a dentist. Thank you so much!!
Excellent as usual. The cleaning by Diane, and the examination by Dr. Barakat were both very thorough. Everything was on time, and all my questions were answered. I’ve only been to Monticciolo Dentistry a couple of times, because the company they work for recently bought out the previous staff. I am very happy and satisfied with the new staff members of the organization.
I am so pleased with this office! They are warm and very helpful. Empathy and understanding go a long way! My son and I both are new patients here and we are extremely happy we found our dental home.
I give a 5 star ⭐️ because of the way the staff treated me. They are always so nice and welcoming. Today I thought it was my appointment, but I was ahead a week. My appointment is April 14 and I thought it was today. I ask the lady in the front desk if theirs any slack so I would not have to come next week. She looks there was an opening, one was at 3 and the other tomorrow. I couldn’t make it. The long story is that as I came back to the office to say I will come back the 14 and the lady said someone call and canceled the 11 o clock. I was so happy. Now concerning Michael he is awesome. He is so patient. When he is cleaning my teeth’s I don’t feel pain. Just a little prick. He is really gentle and know how’s to work with me in which I do not like to go to the dentist. All the staff are wonderful. Keep up the good work 😊☺️
