Absolutely amazing experience!!!!!!!!I came in today with severe tooth pain and needed three teeth removed, including a wisdom tooth with a very large cavity. Dr. Marina took care of me, and the experience was far better than I ever expected. She was extremely gentle, calm, and careful, and the entire procedure was done almost completely pain-free. Dr. Marina explained everything step by step, was very kind and reassuring, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Despite how serious the situation was, everything went smoothly, and I felt I was in very good hands. She truly has a light hand and a great heart. I am very grateful for her professionalism and care and would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is anxious or in pain. Thank you so much, Dr. Marina.

Almost our whole family goes to Dr. Shurova. My 9-year-old daughter was initially afraid, but after her first visit, she calmed down and now doesn't fear going to the dentist. My 16-year-old son was examined thoroughly and very carefully, explaining his oral hygiene issues to him. He listened, and now we're following the treatment plan. A year ago, Dr. Shurova also saved my tooth (under a crown). Although it was quite expensive for me, I hope this tooth will last a long time.

Spent two hours the evening before my appointment gathering, panos, xrays, cbct, mouth guards and previous Drs notes, per her request that she didnt even look at. Nor did she look at my mouth or teeth.
Then wasted $200 for her to "enlighten" me about her protocol which I was already aware of, having been to Drs that actually have this as their specialty. (She is working under the guidance of retired Dr Garcia).
What I was expecting was an exam to see how she might be able to help me personally; with my unbalanced bite due to shortened crowns, not look at pictures of some poor soul who has serious congenital issues.
Instead what I got was her compiling a long list of tmj symptons, (of course mine were all 10's) that she could use in her "dog and pony" show and which an assistant could just as easily have gathered, as most dentists do.
When I asked her about my specific case she became flustered and had no answers needing to move on to her next patient.
Lastly, the shocking $10,000 upfront fee for phase I, which includes monthly CT scans, but no restorations, and again, without so much as a look
in my mouth!
Thanks for nothing Dr. Like I really needed to be hurt by yet another Dentist.
Response: Except I didn't eat the meal (the meal being the exam),you did! And who said I was unhappy with all 20 of other dentists? And how would I know you had another patient waiting? Its OK I dont think you will have anymore patients caught unaware after reading this, in which case I'll consider it $ well spent.
