Update: since hiring them, my grass has declined significantly. First, I was told chinch bug, because of the drought at the time. Then Jack came out and said due to all the water, it was sod webworms because of all the rain we had. Their most recent tech is saying it’s draught. I’ve had three other landscapers all come by and say the grass has massive fungus issues. When I spoke to management about this they agreed to come out and we can work together to bring the grass back to life. They installed five trays of plugs. Since then, the plugs have not spread, but the fungus has. I have called and asked to cancel the service since their treatments are not helping and they refuse stating we have a contract till April of 2027. I have no issue paying for a service that provides value, but this is money down the drain at this point. Original post: Jack provided outstanding customer service today. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough in answering all of our questions. He took the time to explain the treatment process, arrived promptly, and treated our yard with great care and attention to detail. His friendly attitude and clear communication made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. We truly appreciate the excellent service and look forward to working with him again.

Jake Mell Came by and quoted my lawn today. He explained all the packages provided and information On the bushes and shrubs that I had in front of my house. He was Easy to talk to, very informative and made sure if I had any questions he can answer it for me.
