I hired this family owned company. The father sent the son out to give me a quote for $6800 to install ducts though out the new addition of the home and build a system in the garage for air handler.They asked for half down. They were given over half $3800. The son showed up ran some of the duct work.There were problems during during their install with not showing with tools to do the job. There was bad communication from their office or home office.They never finished the job. Blocked all my calls. Amy the mother when we called unknown would make excuses and stated someone would call. I had another company come and they tore out all the ductwork Ordains installed. They stated it was installed wrong. I will be failing a complaint in smalls claim court against them. The new AC contractor documented there install and along with pictures of removing and reinstalling duct work correctly.

Extremely grateful I called Ordines!! Zac came out do Maintence on our system and was extremely informative, easy to talk to and taught me more about my system than any other service company I’ve had come out and gave me ways on how to address this. I would have never known how dirty my air conditioning system was!!🤢….Thank Ordines for everything!

Ordine's Air went above and beyond for us! From start to finish, their team kept us updated every step of the way and truly made us feel taken care of. We had an issue with a two-year-old AC system, and they fought hard with the manufacturer to get the necessary parts covered under warranty — and they succeeded!
Their communication and responsiveness were absolutely top-notch. It’s rare these days to find a company that is this dedicated to their customers and willing to go to bat for them. We are so grateful for their hard work and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, reliable, and truly amazing AC company.

Anthony was so respectful and honest. My concern ended up just being the fan, but he said the motor was good and the fan didn’t need replacing. I so appreciate the quick service call and his professionalism. Next time I have an issue, I’ll be sure to call Ordines.
