I called Ordine’s to have them look at a mini split unit that our tenant felt wasn’t working correctly. Reno took my call and was very nice and professional. He called me back when he said and set up a time that worked for me. Chad came out and did a thorough check on the unit. He was on time, kind, and very honest. He spent extra time helping the tenant understand what was wrong. I wasn’t talked into buying or paying anymore than what was expected. I would recommend and will be using Ordine’s again in the future.

This company is awesome! Communication is top notch. We had a broken mini split. They came and checked it out and within a couple days had a new unit installed. The guys were efficient, prompt polite and did an awesome job. This business is totally family owned and operated. Every worker is a family member. We were so extremely impressed with them. I only wish we had known of them when we installed our main unit last year. I will not hesitate to use or recommend them!

A big thank you to Eric, Reno, and the team at Ordine's for helping us navigate a purchase of a new A/C heat pump/air handler for our home in Tarpon Springs. They were the most responsive of the companies we spoke with and gave us expert advice. We interviewed 3+ companies and researched multiple brands. Ordine's price for a high-efficiency (tax credit eligible) unit was very competitive, and they also impressed us as honest. Buying a new A/C unit is a big investment and the range of options are complex, but we're confident that we found an excellent service provider. We highly recommend them.

Once again Sept. 14, 2023, My AC stopped running. I checked all the usual suspects like circuit breaker, and condensation drain and all seemed alright..so I called Ordines and within an hour they were at the house working on the problem. Even though I had a steady drip coming from the external condensation tube it was plugged enough to cause a backup that caused an auto kill switch to trigger. We hooked up the wet vac and pulled all the condensation through and whatever crude was causing it to plug up. And it was fixed just like that. Once again Ordines came through quick, professional and fair priced. Love these guys and will always recommend them to myneighbors and friends. They are the best in the business.
August 31 my 15 year old AC UNIT / heat pump just died. I called an AC company, by mistake, thinking it was calling Ordines and they came 6 hours later to give me an evaluation and told me right off without even looking at the condenser in that attic, that it was shot. I was given a rough estimate on the cost of a new unit and told it could be scheduled within 5 days from now. I paid the service fee, then I called the folks I intended to call initially. Unfortunately by then it was already 6pm in the evening on Thursday. They came immediately. And..Yes the AC was dead. They gave a quote 1.5k less than i was told by the other company. Further, they came back to the house at 9PM that night with portable AC UNITS to make the place more tolerable to sleep. They had a brand new unit installed by noon ON SATURDAY with old units removed as well as cleaning up all evidence of them being here. All in a hot attic on one of the hottest damp days of the year.
I can't say enough good about how impressed I was with their hard working professional install team.

These guyz admin and staff are amazing. It's the hottest days we've seen in 2 years and all the AC companies are stretched thin on their resources. When my AC failed on a Friday afternoon, I called 2 other local companies that couldn't send help until Saturday or Monday, Ordine's came and within 2 hours of my call the AC is working like new. Plus, Price more competitive than others who gave me their service call quotes. I will definitely recommend them and hire them again. A+++ rating from this Marine. Ooh Rah
