Zeke has been the example for a refreshing positive customer service, knowledge of care in pool overall quality and very responsive in the communication. Our pool with age needed a new filter system. Zeke replaced the system with quick supply and I could not be happier with the Hayward system. His work did not just replace but also made improvements for the pool circulation. In the past without Zeke's team and service have been through problems with the algae. With Zeke's direction and the team's maintenance, in a week's time the pool is better than ever. Zeke, the owner of Pool Hunks, runs an excellent pool company with superior customer service. I have never had this level of responsiveness from any pool company since I’ve had my pool. Pool Hunks is my third pool maintenance company and Zeke has been the most helpful, reliable and honest person I’ve had the pleasure of meeting so far! He serves as a moral compass for everyone in his profession to emulate!
I was having some problems with my pool and Zeke was able to come by immediately to diagnose the issue, get the parts ordered and have them installed in a timely manner. He did repairs to my pump and filter with a high level of expertise and knowledge, and didn’t overcharge me like the last person tried to do. Zeke is a very honest, fair and respectful person whose number one priority is to ensure that his customers are happy.
Zeke has gone above and beyond my expectations and I’m beyond grateful that he came recommended by someone else in my neighborhood. Best recommendation I have ever received! Thank you for all you do, Zeke, YOU truly are Second to None!!
