I am a physician and worked with numerous billing companies all with disappointment. Brian is honorable, ethical and excellent at what he does. He is always on the side of those he works with. The negative review was probably a vendor who didn't provide the promised service. I have recommended Brian and know numerous practices that use his service without complaints and always praise the work he does.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The company is awful and the owner is even worse. He doesn't honor agreements and feels like he's not obligated to pay vendors. I've never met a more unethical so-called veteran. If he did really serve, he is a disgrace to the military. If I could give zero stars, I would.

DO NOT USE this company. It is very disorganized and the owner is very unprofessional toward the patients and medical staff. If you want a loss in revenue then hire them to do your billing. It is in my opinion your office is better off keeping its billing in house.
