After my garage door spring broke, I contacted my home warranty provider, who referred me to this company. When the technician arrived, he strongly recommended replacing both springs, even though only one was broken. He also advised that balancing the door would incur an additional charge. Less than a week later, I noticed a new issue: the garage door would not close properly and kept bouncing back up. I called the company and was met with a rude and unprofessional dispatcher. After a frustrating exchange, the dispatcher eventually called back with the original technician on the line. The technician returned the next day and once again insisted the door needed to be replaced, along with all the rollers.
Two days later, the same issue occurred. I decided to call a different company. Their technician arrived promptly and immediately identified the problem: the original technician had not properly adjusted the rollers during the initial service. One side had been tightened so much that the rollers couldn’t move freely. This new technician fixed the issue quickly, and now my garage door not only functions correctly but is quieter and smoother than ever.
This company, referred by the warranty service, appears to be more focused on upselling and profit than providing proper service. While the technician was polite, he clearly lacks sufficient experience or training. The dispatcher—who may also be the owner—was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I strongly caution anyone against working with this company. You will likely end up spending more money for subpar results.
Days Later after I made this review. The tech called me upset about me posting a review. He stated, “I was willing to give you your money back if you could answer one question. Are you a women of God” - I called the police and made a report.

Adam was very helpful and kind on the phone when I called to find out about getting my auto garage door fixed.
Tom came out the same day. Tom was also so kind and friendly. His knowledge of garage doors is great. I am thankful for Tom's kindness.

I worked with Andy to add an exterior code box on my garage. He was knowledgeable and professional. He also helped me setup the MyQ functionality of my opener. They also sent me a text before they came out and I could track where they were on route to my house. I would do business with them again and recommend them if you need Garage services.

I called on Thursday afternoon for an appointment to get my garage door remote battery replaced or new remote. The girl I spoke with gave me a 10:00 am Friday appointment time. Friday morning 10:00 no rep, no call. I called dispatch and was told 10-15 minutes. That was at 10:15. He did arrive at 10:30. He told me my appointment was between 10-12noon. Repl
