Building a home can definitely be stressful situation. I was lucky enough to have Rotunda homes build my dream home. It took them 10 months from groundbreaking, which is much less than a-lot of other builder I looked into. Seriously do your research from the county to see how long it takes the builder to finish there homes. There are a bunch of them that are taking 1.5 years.
From my first meeting with their sales Rep Greg I had a good feeling about the process. I dealt with two project managers, Ed and James. They were both truly fantastic to deal with. Every Monday i would get an email and briefing about what’s planned for the week ahead. Constant communication throughout and still open communication after we closed.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality home builder.

Rotunda just completed a two-unit townhouse for me, and I was very impressed with their entire operation from our first meeting through the final walk though. Between the superintendent and entire office staff, there was little to worry about, and they made the construction process go much smoother than I expected. They handled problems and issues as they arose, and went above and beyond when dealing with the municipality. Rotunda staff coordinated directly with the lender for construction draws which kept the construction process moving smoothly.
I was very impressed by the superintendent- all the little, unnoticeable things were done right, and the site was always very clean. I really appreciated the weekly email updates, and he was always quick to respond to questions and kept me informed throughout the process.
Rotunda’s pricing is competitive, and they offer a variety of high-quality finishes, all included in the base package. The design consultant did a great job guiding the selections process to create a cohesively designed home and stopped me from making any amateur design mistakes.
The homes were very well built, and Rotunda uses high quality subs and materials. I would recommend Rotunda to anyone, and I would definitely use them again for my next home.

Even through these difficult times, Rotunda Homes has managed to make building my home unbelievably satisfying. The involvement of the superintendents is unmatched. With every complaint they have a solution. I’ll give them a five star rating. Professionalism, Respect, Integrity. I couldn’t have asked for a better builder!
