Love this location of Sage Dental! My hygienist Lisa is the best. She explains absolutely every step she does so you know what to expect making you very comfortable. She’s also very honest and loves when you come back and has seen progress! Love it

I first visited this dental office three weeks ago for an exam and cleaning. After completing the exam, I was told at the very end that the dental hygienist wasn’t even in that day, and I’d need to return in three weeks for the actual cleaning. Fast forward to today, I showed up for the scheduled cleaning, only to be told I had “gingivitis” even though my exam was completely normal. They told me I needed to pay $220 out of pocket for gum irrigation before I could receive the cleaning I originally came in for. On top of that, I’d have to book yet another appointment to actually get my teeth cleaned.
The facility itself was clean and appeared well equipped, but the lack of communication and transparency has been incredibly frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Sage Dental.

I'm only giving two stars for the actual dentist named Sarah. I should give zero stars for everything else. They are the 7-Eleven of dentistry. There's no comfortability there whatsoever everything is wide open. Not to mention the female who assisted me with my x-rays she Spanish and she wears black glasses she had the audacity to sing in my face while she was putting the X-ray things in my mouth. When I mean singing in my face I mean singing within 3 in of my mouth. All I thought was her germs are going all over my face. I immediately made a decision right then and there that this is not right for me. Then it got even worse when I received my charges of what I'd have to pay with my insurance. They were trying to force me to go in order when I came there for a partial. They wanted me to pay over $2,000 in things prior to the actual reason why I'm there. This place is just to get your insurance's money. Do not go here. By the way the only people that were there and there was only three they were all old. So they're probably getting ripped off as well. It's sad because like I said the actual dentist was amazing. But everything else is absolutely horrible especially the woman that was doing my x-rays and sticking that x-ray thing to take pictures of my mouth. Oh in the hygienist is very straight to the point. The only thing is she likes to talk way too much and then when you want to ask her questions she gives you attitude. So overall stay away.

Stay aware from here… as far as possible.
I booked for teeth whitening and waited 45 minutes before they told me they’re not doing teeth whitening.. they’re doing X rays? Um okay.
I asked the front desk lady “who did I speak with yesterday”. She said very boldly “Me, my name is Christine the office manager”. Um okay. That’s not what I asked…. But glad you gave me the additional information for this review, Christine.
Anyway, not what I booked for drove 1hr to get here, waited 45 minutes to just drive back. Unless you have free 48 hours with nothing on your schedule, go somewhere else, trust me.

I had an appointment today, they made me to confirmed many times by Emails and texts. I drove 35 minutes in the rainy day to get my exam done. The lady at front desk was rude and impolite. Not even said hi. Just asked my name then dl and ID insurance. I did not have my card with me I asked her to look it up in the system . She said we don’t have a system, which is wired . She said we can’t take you if you don’t have an insurance card on your hand with attitude . I left it with no argue and I will neverbe back . The office looks very unprofessional and rude. I’m glad I forgot to take my insurance card !
