Very dissatisfied by the treatment given by doctor and her assistant. The lady who was doing treatment was extremely rude with my 8 yr old child. She scared him and made him uncomfortable by yelling and replying him rudely. Good doctors make people feel at ease, listen intently, show empathy especially when handling kids but unfortunately this lady was not and instead she made him so nervous and scared that he started crying and she gave ZERO efforts to console him or make him at ease instead she shouted at him couple of times 1 time because he accidentally close the mouth when he suppose to keep it open. which made her so annoyed that she yelled at him rudely and this happened right in front of me and he just closed his mouth by accident (only once) and this lady was super annoyed. He has sensory issue, he gag when something is put in his mouth and when she put cotton he gagged and this lady was out of room without even showing any empathy or even talking to me.She was very impatient with kids. This is pediatric dentistry there must be different kids coming everyday is that the way you treat innocent kids. They made me felt very bad may be they were Racist because of my skin color or what I don’t know but this should not happen with any kid. As a mother I will take this behavior but my child doesn’t deserve this rude behavior from health care providers. Every child should be treated fairly and nicely they are innocent kids no need to yell and being rude with them. This whole situation could have been avoided just by a smile and talk softly & POLITELY with him but everything was reversed here. There is no exception for Dr either because she supported her by rescheduling my appointment after 6 months and reason she said was he’s not ready at this time. Which is not true he must have been ready the same day if he was shown some care and empathy and not by getting annoyed/frustrated/irritated/yelling etc with KIDS.
Such a good experience! Dentist, hygienist, front desk, everyone was so kind and helpful. They made my kids feel safe and happy.
Such a great office. Made my very nervous 5 yr old feel a little bit more ok with going to the dentist. Great staff all around!
What a great place for kids. Made my son feel comfortable first time ever being to a dentist and had to get fillings and crowns done.
