I recently visited Smile Dentistry of Connerton for a routine cleaning, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The office itself is spotless, modern, and comfortable, which immediately put me at ease.
The hygienist was incredibly thorough yet gentle during the cleaning, ensuring I was comfortable throughout the process. She explained every step and even shared helpful tips for maintaining my dental health, addressing any concerns and answering my questions with care and expertise.

They made me feel very comfortable with a procedure I was terrified of. The procedure went well and they made feel at ease throughout. I can tell they really care about their patients.

Highly recommend! The staff is friendly and very professional from the moment you walk in and throughout your appointment. Dentist and hygienist are so thorough and informative, and lets you know every step of the way what’s going on so there are no surprises. Very calming, as well.

I was scheduled for a surgical removal of a tooth. Sat in the chair only to be told that there was out of pocket expenses that were not covered buy insurance. Even though it was preautherized. I called the insurance company and they reached out to smile design on a three way call. It turns out procedure was covered. Their mistake. They also stated I was not allowed to return do to the fact I was upset. I was upset that 3 weeks had passed and was sitting in the chair when they told me I could not get the tooth removed do to denied procedure. That was indeed approved. If you want a great experience. Smile design is not for you. I would further state that last year I had issues with temporary caps not staying on. I stated I would go somewhere else. Yet, I decided to give them another chance. Office staff is constantly changing. As well as the dentist. So if you plan on seeing the same dentist or assistants. You will be disappointed. I also premeditated as I had spinal fusion surgery. Now I am at risk of complications and possible infection in my spine if I can not find another dentist in the near future. Stay away from this practice and be mindful of charges to insurance companies as well as out of pocket expenses.
