I cannot say enough amazing things about this office and their staff. From the moment you walk in, everyone is incredibly kind, welcoming, and caring. Brandi, Crystal, and Yadi were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make both me and my daughter feel comfortable. I am the biggest baby when it comes to the dentist and have had dental anxiety my entire life, even as an adult. Yadi was so patient and calming with me and truly helped ease my fears. Dr. Barsoum was wonderful as well — very gentle, understanding, and never judgmental. He made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The front desk staff was also so sweet and welcoming, and the hygienist I had was amazing even though I unfortunately didn’t catch her name. What really stood out to me was the level of care and customer service. Crystal made my daughter, who also is afraid of the dentist, feel completely at ease. She even took the time to call afterward and check on her, which meant so much to us. That kind of compassion is rare these days. I honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars because this office deserves it. Highly recommend to anyone, especially if you have dental anxiety!
I had the most amazing experience here! The staff was wonderful. I called at the last minute needing an emergency appointment, and they were kind enough to fit me in. I was able to be seen by an amazing dentist, who addressed my problem and helped me come up with a treatment plan. I’ll definitely be keeping this office as my primary dental office. Thank you all so much for your kindness, professionalism, and excellent care!
Excellent customer service, friendly, and patient. I have a terrible fear of dentists. And unfortunately had an infected wisdom tooth that had to be extracted. I was seen immediately, and was the most confortable I've been in years at a dentist. Within 2 days, the tooth is out and I will definitely be returning and highly recommending.
This Dental Company has decided as of January 2026 to No Longer Honor My Dental Insurance (Hunana HMO). This was Explained to Me upon My Sitting in the Chair to Receive Treatment. They further asked me to Sign showing Dental Charges of $659. They Verbally Assured Me the Bill would be $59. and it was Circled. On the Bottom of the Sheet where I was to Sign was a Statement saying Patient is Responsible for Charges Not Covered by Insurance. To Me, I was signing a "legal document" more powerful than a Verbal Explanation. I stopped my Appointment and left without Treatment. I also could not understand "How" they were providing me $659. in Services for $59.? I also Wondered Why this Dental Company Did Not Notify Me of these Changes Prior to Me Sitting in the Chair for Treatment? They told me the Changes took Affect January 2026. So, in 6 months they Could Not Notify Me? Sincerely, Sam A Calco, Jr
This was my first experience at Smile Design and normally I am terrified of dentists. Granted I was nervous on the way there however as soon as I entered their office I was greeted with welcome and smiles all around. Everyone was so kind and sweet. They calmed my nerves instantry without even knowing that they were even doing that. They are an amazing office to go to. If you afraid of the dentist this is the place to go. They have little TV screens in each room to keep your mind off what is going on. However they are so nice your nerves are fine! I came right home and started recommending them to all my local famI'll and friends! I have a feeling their going to start getting busier! 😆 Great job everyone at Smile Design!
