Went in for a cleaning and paid $25. Then had an exam and x-rays and then told they wanted to do a deep cleaning. I only wanted a simple cleaning and they wouldn't do it. Now I get a bill for $48 more for the x-rays.
UPDATE: The office manager reached out to me and explained their requirements. She also understands my concerns and agreed to adjust the bill. I will say the whole staff was friendly.

EXTREMELY RUDE!!! Apparently the dentist there picks and chooses which teeth they will or won't pull?? The receptionist, Alexis, was very rude to me, claiming I was yelling, when I was not. She couldn't tell me whether or not I could get my tooth pulled in their office or not? Sooo, Apparently, you're supposed to pay to go see IF the dentist there can pull your tooth, or not? And then, if they can't, they THEN want you to pay an Endodontist to have it done!!! But, that's not supposed to be frustrating to the client at all. I will NEVER go to this office!

Literally the worst dentist I have visited If negative stars were an option that is what they deserve. They over-charged me for a wisdom tooth extraction so the day after the procedure still healing I had to go back to the office to get a refund which wasn't the first time they over charged me. The front desk staff is far from competent. I requested my records a week ago and had to call back today to get them after they said they sent them which they never did. Then had to call back the same day because I requested ALL records from the office and made that clear on the record request form and they only sent X-rays. Received the second email for it to still be missing information so again had to follow up via email. WORST DENTIST IN LUTZ!

Great experience. The staff was simply amazing. Very friendly and welcoming, looking forward to my next visit and who says thst about a dentist office? Me!
