Best dentist in lutz! Staff is incredibly friendly, and you will feel right at home… Which is important when you have to have stressful, dental procedures. Highly recommend!

Literally the worst dentist I have visited If negative stars were an option that is what they deserve. They over-charged me for a wisdom tooth extraction so the day after the procedure still healing I had to go back to the office to get a refund which wasn't the first time they over charged me. The front desk staff is far from competent. I requested my records a week ago and had to call back today to get them after they said they sent them which they never did. Then had to call back the same day because I requested ALL records from the office and made that clear on the record request form and they only sent X-rays. Received the second email for it to still be missing information so again had to follow up via email. WORST DENTIST IN LUTZ!

If I could leave no stars, I would. I had a very similar experience as the person before me with a very aggressive encounter with the office manager, Carissa. After a pleasant first visit with a new dentist, After relocating to this area I went ahead and scheduled my cleaning and at that point it was my choice of whether I wanted a deep clean Or normal cleaning. Then they had to reschedule my appointment for construction of the office And at that point instead of having time for three appointments, I decided to go back to regular cleaning and The office manager Carissa told me I had gum disease that I can’t be on a normal cleaning routine. She would not allow me to talk to anyone else in the office… The hygienist or the dentist themselves…. Then, After getting my records released, it clearly stated that I will be put on a regular schedule after my one deep cleaning that was my choice. She was very aggressive and rude on the phone so I decided to go in person to see if it would de-escalate and maybe she would be kinder…. That was not the case it ended up with her screaming at me and telling me to leave or she’s calling the police.
It’s very interesting that you guys have another review Mentioning the same events.
Your business is on a slippery slope If you keep Carissa as an employee, you lost me you lost my husband and lost my children that the dentist was interested in as patients. We will never return Because of her.
